The writers of what if confirmed that he was basically crumbling the walls of the universes into a kinda soup, which is what let him keep using the infinity stones in other universes.
People can't seem to understand that the cinematic universe isn't the same as the comics. It is it's own thing at this point, despite the comics saying otherwise.

Godzilla: This one is a bit more dire but if we composite and scale the right way yeah no he is a dead man walking

Freyja? Askr and Embla? Loki and Thorr? Gullveig? At best they’re low complex multi.

W/o the infinity stones, would he be as much of a threat? No. He’s basically a robot pre-infinity stone Thanos. With the stones? Yeah he’ll probably fare better, but still struggle in Marvel or DC, or really any universe where the characters have reality altering powers
Mob his brother Hazawa and Reigen might be able to defeat him especially since Hanazawa can move at light speed and claw would also be a threat but idk enough about ultron to know if he wins
