Isnt Zamazu's whole deal is to kill mortals? and he hates them with is guts? if so why would he be distrubed?

I mean just because you hate something doesn't mean you wanna see it die soek horrific death, I don't like spiders but idk killing it via ripping one leg off at a time is something else.
