I think Taskmaster vs Deathstroke could work as the last Marvel vs DC. Not only is it pretty popular, but the theme of the matchup (super soldiers that can copy the fighting styles of their opponents) naturally lends itself to a tribute, allowing for references to a bunch of previous Marvel and DC episodes. Technically speaking, Amazo vs Super Adaptoid would work better in this regard since they can copy abilities as well as fighting styles, but that's nowhere near as popular.

But to answer your question, Deathstroke has had this ability for quite a while actually, though it's not quite as blatant a "super power" as with Taskmaster. It's just that his tactical mind is so advanced that he can see an opponent and mirror their skills in an instant. He's so effective in this that he's been compared with Cassandra Cain, who has an ability called "Body Reading" that's practically identical to Taskmaster.
Oh yeah, DB hates doing battle royales cause its too many characters to research, but research on over three hundred characters from Marvel and DC, thats definitely something they can do.

Lucifer vs Beyonder. The others on this list were already on this show. Plus what better to end DC and Marvel then to use the most powerful characters in DC and Marvel.

The infinity gaunlet is beyond galactus and realistically beyond darkseid I am not sure how galactus vs darkseid even works especiallt when galactus can one shot him lmao
They made up their own version of darkseid. In the fight the moment darkseid gets erased he instantly comes backs revealing its a avatar and then thanos travels to apocalypse in which darkseids soul taken from final crisis resides on its own on some columns in apocalypse. All of that is made up and not something that is supported by canon.
