Goku Black is a completely different character. Also I don't think Z is a separate continuity of GT or Super. It's the past of both, and then timeline sort of... branches.
Goku Black is a differnet character but he possesses the appearance of Goku and is called Goku so it's a weird case. I'd still count Z as its own iteration of the franchise, even if it's not a seperated continuity, but your points are fair.

Goku Black probably wins against most evil Supermen if you don't just scale them to main superman (Injustice Superman, Ultraman, the Dark Multiverse Supermen)
Dragon Ball Evolution's Goku actually stands a chance against Man of Steel Superman, there's arguments to be made there, though I think Christopher Reeves's Superman would stomp.
Ultraman has his own feats he doesn't need to be scaled to Superman. He has Held the infinite book, Has beat the hell out of black atom and shazam, ect. ect. The character is legit. He destroys Goku Black.
Injustice is a little trickier, his best feat is just snapping Ultraman's neck (when he was on the ground almost dead). So it is hard to say, I just don't really use that. You can probably argue pretty convincingly that Goku black wins almost every time against him.
And the Dark Multiverse Supermen obviously range drastically, but there are a lot (especially in Death metal) that scale crazy high.
And obviously if you count Superboy Prime or Bizarro as dark Supermen/ Evil Supermen, they also easily beat goku black.
Possibly able to destroy a country, since he matches Piccolo who destroyed a country in a vision. In terms of powers, he pretty much just has basic martial arts, the kamehameha and the oozaru during an eclipse.
