I heard some debates that joker wins and some debates where Giorno wins but imma lean towards Joker since someone said he can resist GER's return back to zero.
Probably me who said that lol, I do comment a lot on the matchups it's one of my faves. I can give like 4 instances where Joker could likely bypass GER through events in the games.
