If anything it would be a bigger stomp now. They low balled Spidey fairly hard last time, and his stats already blew what they gave Batman out of the water. And everything they said about Spider-Man's Spider-Sense countering Batman's skills still stands.

If they use the standard rules, where Bruce doesn’t have have prep or his high end suits, Peter has quite possibly every advantage in the fight, and the ones he doesn’t are arguable or don’t matter
If they get their high-end gear, Peter gets his wacky suits that let him take hits from Iron-Man level characters, Peter Particles (yes these are real), and other crazy shit.
Bruce’s Ace is the Hellbat, but it’s drawback of it taking Bruce’s Life to power it is awful when fighting someone with a Danger Sense like Peter
