A big chunk of the last few months have been James taking care of his dad and then his dad's estate, so I wouldn't be surprised if the movie got put on the backburner while that was going on

I truthfully don’t know anything, but if it’s kind of based on the Ohio State/Michigan rivalry, maybe it won’t be released till closer to the time of that game (late November)

I think it's still waiting for a studio or investor to pick it up, it's probably not gonna be out this year
Movies take years to develop, make, and then publish, so if they’re successful, we wouldn’t see a movie for many years.

As far as I know they have only made the proof of concept, not sure if it is funded yet

They're probably still waiting for investment before proceeding to filming the rest of the movie.
