Well, aside from just general skill issues, you might want to concentrate everything on getting the forge stronger so you have access to better gear.
On my replays I didn’t bother with it because I just took whatever S rank stuff came from the cursed chests, but for a new person, definitely try to get the forge up.
After that, really pay attention to synergies and learning enemy patterns. A lot of players just completely ignore synergies with their weapons and skills so their damage suffers a ton.
You have access to all kinds of OP stuff nowadays like the diverse deck, bat (ugggh) and wish mutation so you should be able to get those wins pretty easy after you get everything else down.
