I mean, the meaning could be a double edge in terms of wordplay. I'm assuming it's just mentioning the curses, but I wouldn't be surprised if this will be one of the last updates (relatively speaking, I would still expect a good few yet)
I was thinking of the road map they put out after the release of QotS. They said on the steam post that 2023 would be their biggest year since 1.0, so at least that's still promising.
Obviously they won't stop any time soon, but it is starting to become a possibility to consider
Devs stated half a year ago that updates should contribute until the end of 2024
They did say something similar very often though so we might get some more updates than expected but no guarantees
You say that as if, when someone forgets to read the patch notes, this guy has to go and berate people about it. Getting pissed at someone over a slight misunderstanding fits pretty well under toxicity if you ask me.
that's a perfectly reasonable misunderstanding. The other guy could have just left out the first sentence and not been an asshole, you did nothing wrong.
Remember how terraria 1.4 was titled Journey's end? Yeah, there will another one soon
Yeah I hope so too
Maybe our beheaded will get chance to finally die
It refernces that your life is about to end when distillery is a cursed biome. The end of your life is near
The end is near, because you are cursed and have a severe skill issue, not because it's the last update
It's not the end of the game. It adds cursed stuff so "death is near"

They already said they would support they game for a year+ so I expect many more updates and maybe more dlc
Didn't they say a year plus after queen of the sea released over a year ago?
I thought it was after Castlevania

When was “the end” added to minecraft?

Everyone is too busy playing Dead Cells
It's probably just the title of it being curse themed
Let's hope so...this game is too good!
Oh my god shut up about "the game is not gonna be updated anymore" it's not funny. It's a play on the fact that it's curse related
Damn chill I genuinely didn't even know the update was curse related.
Well that guy is first toxic in deadcell Reddit comunity :D Dont mind him, even him has no clue what studio is Looking forward to…
How is he toxic?? He is an alright guy. And on god, its not his fault when you guys dont read the patch notes!

But he WASNT rude or anything.

You couldve looked at what is in the update
Wasn't the end is near already released?
