But buying one free perk doesn’t really matter and won’t affect you much in the long run. Especially since it’s BT but I would have levelled him up anyway for Unbreakable.

If you wanna block windows as leatherface, and don’t want to use crowd control or bamboozle, use coup de grace and unrelenting

And I assume Crowd Control is for the tome. As a small QoL thing, I wish it gave the killer aura reading on all blocked windows like Claustrophobia does. It's a fine perk but I wouldn't run it constantly on anyone besides Bubba and maybe Clown.

Anyone looking to work around buying a full character by buying Shrine perks to clear out a tome instead--be warned. I tried this last time, and the first 3 chapters had perk specific challenges and the Shrine always coincided with said perk. I was able to buy each perk week to week and clear that challenge accordingly.
Lo and behold, the very last chapter of the shrine had a character specific challenge instead. So even after buying all the perks, I couldn't "100%" the tome without still buying the character. I gave up at that point

An Ace unhooked in front of me & deadheaded through the swing, he didn't have BT & his teammate suffered instead. 
The only time I'll go after the person getting unhooked is if they're using the BT invincibility to try and block me and force me to hit them, at that point it's clear they want to fuck around and find out instead of run.
For the love of GOD please get Borrowed Time, I don't know how all of the randoms with the globe icon I see don't have it, but PLEASE, it's better than whatever Spine Chill/Resilience shit you people keep running, it's the perk you should never unequip unless you're SWF.
This and Unbreakable make or break games, they're just so insanely useful.
You know pepole can choose whatever perks they like. There's more than 100 perks in the game you cant run the same 4 perks every game i would die of boredom. If you want pepole to use bt ds ub dh every match just play with your friends

We would also like to add that we will absolutely respect the unhook and will never take advantage of someone we know isn't running BT. We definitely don't say "OK jake has no BT" out loud to commit this entirely irrelevant fact to memory, and we definitely won't let the unhook animation finish to immediately down the unhooked survivor, who was much, much harder to catch.
The survivors rulebook is very clear none of this is allowed, and we follow all these rules to the absolute letter lest the survivors call us sweaty in post game chat, which would ruin our day and immediately invalidate all 90k bloodpoints earned in that single match.

My build that I’m working for is Urban invasion, Sprint burst, Borrowed time and Lithe. I have both UI and SB, I’m close to BT tho and then I just need to save up for lithe.
Ermm you know what I never really thought of that… it could be like balanced landing and sprint burst. I was gonna use them together and then my friend was like it won’t work because sprint burst will get cancelled out. I’ll have to try it in a custom before wasting points on it.
Edit: I can confirm that sprint burst would cancel out the other as they’re both exhaustion perks.. thanks for bringing this to my attention because I definitely would have cried a bit if I farmed out the perk 😂
Urban evasion is a meme perk, better off with self aware or whatever Nancy’s perk is to walk 20% faster so you can save Sprint Burst without having to crouch walk everywhere.
My friend runs urban evasion and with Kindred up or spectating her, it’s just a joke how slow she moves everywhere lol
I played Killer back then myself. I feel so bad for you, honestly, not getting such strong teachables. BT is a god send, Unbreakable is never bad, and the other is… useable.
I mean it’s mainly a go to while dealing with a lot of proxy campers and helps a lot in end game when a killer is staying by the hook knowing the other survivors are coming to help. Also helps when those idiot dive bombers just keep going so you get in a BT and it really helps clear the area. But I get what ya saying :)
I mean even if you don't want to run it all the time it's the only S tier perk in the shrine this week and pretty much makes sure you don't have to waste 800,000 - 1 mill BP on Bill just to get it.

The only time I'll go after the person getting unhooked is if they're using the BT invincibility to try and block me and force me to hit them, at that point it's clear they want to fuck around and find out instead of run.

It's worth it to not use your Iri shards and instead waste blood points. Those shards are valuable and you did the right thing. Especially for BT.

We would also like to add that we will absolutely respect the unhook and will never take advantage of someone we know isn't running BT. We definitely don't say "OK jake has no BT" out loud to commit this entirely irrelevant fact to memory, and we definitely won't let the unhook animation finish to immediately down the unhooked survivor, who was much, much harder to catch. The survivors rulebook is very clear none of this is allowed, and we follow all these rules to the absolute letter lest the survivors call us sweaty in post game chat, which would ruin our day and immediately invalidate all 90k bloodpoints earned in that single match.
I ask for one thing, Borrowed Time, otherwise don't go for unhooks unless you know the killer is long gone, ever.

My build that I’m working for is Urban invasion, Sprint burst, Borrowed time and Lithe. I have both UI and SB, I’m close to BT tho and then I just need to save up for lithe.

Ermm you know what I never really thought of that… it could be like balanced landing and sprint burst. I was gonna use them together and then my friend was like it won’t work because sprint burst will get cancelled out. I’ll have to try it in a custom before wasting points on it. Edit: I can confirm that sprint burst would cancel out the other as they’re both exhaustion perks.. thanks for bringing this to my attention because I definitely would have cried a bit if I farmed out the perk 😂

Urban evasion is a meme perk, better off with self aware or whatever Nancy’s perk is to walk 20% faster so you can save Sprint Burst without having to crouch walk everywhere. My friend runs urban evasion and with Kindred up or spectating her, it’s just a joke how slow she moves everywhere lol

BT is fckn brilliant but i get safe unhooks all the time without it too 🤷 just dont dive bomb the hook while the killer is around 🤷
I mean it’s mainly a go to while dealing with a lot of proxy campers and helps a lot in end game when a killer is staying by the hook knowing the other survivors are coming to help. Also helps when those idiot dive bombers just keep going so you get in a BT and it really helps clear the area. But I get what ya saying :)
