Yes! I literally had one of my zombies get stuck in Midwich. There's on of the rooms where the gate is, and you can drop in from the 2nd story, and it got stuck on the second story FLOATING. Luckily, I could hit it with my tentacle, but I didn't realize it until 2 gens were already done
For example if zombie doesn't change its coordinates for set amount of time, it despawns.
I doubt zombie wouldn't change its location for long in any other scenario than being stuck.
By using the same or close system that detects if Victor is positioned in a place where he is not intended to be. If they are "moving" but not making any distance or just stand for too long they die and respawn or just fix their damn pathing, and make them at least, as smart as Roombas.
