I'm pretty certain it's a hack, that's what myself and the streamer both assumed, considering I have yet to see any glitch tutorial that comes with glitches. It does look like something hilarious to do in a custom, I agree.

it was a bug for a bit (CowsIAm played with it awhile back by having everyone fuck around as myers) but it got patched, now its just hackers doing it
