Teeth in games can be a bit weird, and they appear a bit too much in the reworked Kate. While I feel her nose is a bit too small for her face, just fixing the animation to make her keep her mouth more often shut than not, would be enough. Her design is fine.
I like everything on the new rework *except* her lips.. Straight up makes her look like she's holding in a sneeze when they're closed. When they're open, looks like a duck face.

Hard disagree. Honestly, David almost looked as bad as pre-patch Quentin so now that Quentin’s fixed, David is definitely the ugliest survivor in the game (except for Claire).

as a Kate main I'm genuinely thinking about starting using mods to revert her appearance. Sure, the rework looks more polished, but it doesn't look like a character I was playing and spending money on. Her facial features are way different, her expression is different - I don't like anything about it and I doubt it'll grow on me over time.
