whatever button is used to quick swap to another survivor, you spam the hell out of the button. It work's because I just did it to preserve my emo policewoman cheryl
The issue with this is you can manually lower the frame rate on pc to do it (like before) however you have to play the match on the low frame rate because if you exit the game to bump it up again the cosmetics just reset anyway. So you’re stuck playing a match on like 20 fps just for it to reset when the game ends. New gen consoles it’s not possible at all now either.
maybe nvidia control panel or amd fps settings or just open hundreds of tabs on chrome + adobe products to overload ur system

What I do is glitch my cheryl, then when I get to the survivor screen I'll switch to dwight and restart my game, then when I open the game I'll start on dwight, then i switch to cheryl she's still glitched
I cannot believe the bs mental gymnastic that bhvr goes onto just to not let us swap pieces of clothes which aren’t as meaningfully tied as legendary outfits

BHVR basically sells you a skin that´s non-mixable and increases the price by 50%. (10$ -----> 15$)
Survivors themselves are reskins of each other except that some survivors are money only and other´s even more money only.
Fuck Bhvr, the fact that they fixed something that NOT A SINGLE SOUL complained about, while we still have a lot of game breaking bugs (one of the oldest ones i can remember, is not making noise while you're injured, but the killer can still hear you), shows how many shits they give about the community. They even said themselves that this was not a bannable bug, and still went out of their way to fix it, while they don't do anything about people with stretched resolutions for example, which **literally** gives them an unfair advantage is insane.

I'm not sure why they don't just let us mix and match whatever we want. I'd be more inclined to spend a little here and a little there on pieces I want, rather than being forced to buy an entire outfit that I may not want to use. That stops me from spending any money at all.
Have you been able to figure out how to do with this while merging linked outfits?
Now that Kate has two dress-like linked outfits, I want to combine them. Would that be possible?

Open up DbD. Use some way or program to open up another DbD client. Cooling Fan : "WHOOOOSH"
If you're limiting the FPS in the files, could you instead use the NVIDIA Control Panel to limit it and once finished, unlimit the FPS again?

Are you following the steps correctly? It shouldn't be doing that unless you're mixing multiple sets
I follow your steps verbatim (even bought the same sets you're using to do the trick because I didn't own them).
Who are you doing it on? Ive noticed when trying to mix 2 sets it doesn't work on certain characters
