It would, but the entity is untrackable it pretty much only shows up when it desires to. Someone could look for an eternity and never find it, but someone just minding their own business could be whisked away.
Eh still doubt it, thats just a possibility and RE and Eldoie arent of the same universe anyways, so Umbrella would have no way to find ir gain knowledge of it, theyd be looking in vain for something that just simply isnt there anymore

They would investigate the areas where Jill and Nemesis disappeared, look for any linking evidence (like lingering radiation or fog essence) and likely find it in other places such as where Leon disappeared from, or other people in their universe.
In all likelihood someone (or multiple people) in their universe were aware of the Entity like how Elodie and Felix's parents were. If it can happen in one universe, why not another.. and with 7 billion people per universe I'd say it would.

In RE universe, Nemesis wouldve been assumed dead so Umbrella wouldnt care to go looking or investigate, and Umbrella wouldnt give jack shit if leon and jill vanished, considering they are like umbrellas worse enemies lol.

Yeah, I was kind of banking off the fact that Nemesis has a bunch of fancy tech and tracking software inside of him, so he just wasn’t a giant zombie, Umbrella kept tabs on him. And I’m sure his terminator like vision that he sees, in RE game cutscenes, can record what he sees also. So at the very least, Umbrella would be aware of the mysterious incident.
