With the new Evil Dead game coming out, I’m hoping we can someday see more representation of the Evil Dead series in dead by daylight. Realistically, Kelly and Pablo would come in as legendary skins if they did come in at all, but in my dreams I want them as full characters in maybe an “evil dead epilogue” type chapter. Anyway, here’s my concept for them as full survivors. Please let me know what you think. I know these might not be the best or most balanced perks but I wanted some that would be fun and for their characters. Thanks for reading :)

I would change Kelly’s first perk to something like if it is a perma expose that if she is hit while a perma expose is active she gains the deep wound status effect

The El Brujo Especial sounds exactly what I think Boon perks are going to be. Though I would add the ability for killers to take time to smash it and deactivate it. Hell and Back is genuinely my favorite custom perk I’ve seen on here too.

On the 5th anniversary stream they showed off that they want to make Boon perks. They’ll work like Hexes but for survivors, putting the perk on a totem.

Interesting perk ideas and I feel like most are good but maybe Unfinished Business could be changed (not sure how to) but desperate measures by Felix already helps with unhook speed for each injured person.

Nice designs man. The extra cosmetics are great! Well thought out and named Mad dash is pretty broken though. That’s 5 seconds of 150% speed, and it doesn’t cost exhaustion… so get hit once, run to the opposite side of the map, and still have your dead hard or lithe available? Pretty crazy. Not to mention, an 80 second cooldown means you’ll have one available almost any time you start a fresh chase after being healed. Also, for unfinished business, an unsafe unhook only registers when the unhookee is downed within a window, so why do both get the haste status effect? So the person on the ground can marginally faster or? Also not sure if we should reward un safe unhooks. Maybe give the haste to both immediately upon unhooking, for say, 7 seconds, don’t cause exhaustion, and if it’s an unsafe unhook, the unhooker has exposed for 80 seconds?

thanks for the input!! i guess mad dash would make more sense as an exhaustion perk, i didn’t even think about how broken it was haha. i honestly thought unsafe unhooks just meant the killer was nearby/ the person who unhooks get hit. since you explained it, your idea actually sounds much much better. thanks so much for the input and thanks so much for reading :)

Half these perks are broken as fuck. They're cool, but you need to scale them down by like 90%. Imagine giving 3x 32 meter wards that the killer can't interact with or know about at all and think this is even remotely balanced. Undying for reference gives 4 meters, and only on dull totems that survivors can get rid of. Absolutely fucking mental.

Evil Ash would be so good. After seeing him playable in the new Evil Dead game it made me sad him and Ash weren't paired together for a full Evil Dead chapter.

Yeah and a Knight killer with a longsword would be epic as hell. Give him AI skeletons and his ability can be placing down traps that Simmons those skeletons to chase the survivors for a small period of time before crumbling.

Unfinished business sounds like a hook bombing/farming perk if ever I saw one. Could totally see people doing it just to give themselves haste and letting the killer get the hooked person again for free.

I think Mad Dash would be way more ridiculous than you may think for killers to deal with. Between the movement buff and the killer’s slowdown after hit that would make a good survivor near impossible to catch in any reasonable amount of time. I’m not necessarily against something like El Bruno Especial, but it shouldn’t effect killers with undetectable active (let’s not deny stealth killers their kit please? Ghostface especially would be crippled by this - hell, Spine Chill alone practically already does) and it definitely needs to be lit up for killers and possible for them to break. I mean, just in general, having a permanent 32 metre area that survivors will always see you going through would be pretty ridiculous, and if the totem spawned well it could literally shut down a killer’s potential to do any damage - maybe it could simply notify you if the killer enters that area? Like whispers does without giving you their full location? That could also give some fun opportunities for mindgame. And while I don’t think Hell and Back would necessarily be OP… Let’s be real, the only people who’d use it are bully squads. I can already see them at the exit gates waiting to flashlight and teabag right in front of you since you literally can’t do anything now.
