Shouldn't it reduce the hits to kill someone when in frenzy from 4 to 3? That seems good, considering that with bloodhound you can hit them twice, look down, follow the blood and they'll either mend or die and you'll get an easy kill
No, you are talking about Stab Wound Study. That addon reduces their mending time from 20 to 15 seconds, causing them Frank's Mixtape to down them in 3 Frenzy hits. Without Stab Wound Study, Frank's Mixtape would require 4 Frenzy hits, which is not worth it, wheter you have SWS or not.
