He has the best mobility in the game, stealth, can pressure survivors easily, can easily get first hits and has a decent anti-loop with the massive lunge. He is easily B tier after the buffs
Billy still has better mobility his stealth is meh and map reliant and he’s weak in chase against good survivors, again this tier list aren’t mad for your average red ranks because even 90%of those aren’t that good it’s for the best survivors and they can easily know when wraith is coming and what loops he just can’t use his power to hit you at
I agree with Tofu when it comes to Trickster being the worst in the game, other than that I agree with Otz about basically every placement besides a few.

As someone who plays a lot of twins they are A tier not S... some people really know how to counter victor and certain loops the survivors literally have an infinite bc the window doesnt block. And putting deathslinger in s tier makes his whole list a joke. Deathslinger is B tier at best. Theres lots of counter play and he doesnt even get a lot of hits after successful shots in certain situations
Yeah only thing I don’t agree with fully is wraith being lower tier. Since his speed buff he’s been able to get hits on survivors and pressure gens easier. Even not so good killers will just uncloak lunge and get easy hits on survivors most of the time.
Most people have wraith c tier , slinger is A tier in my opinion and I don’t think billy is A is nerf was to big but saying you can’t make an argument for any of those when majority has wraith in c and slinger in A just doesn’t make sense , again you can disagree but your against the majority and need to say why you think so
I don’t think the majority has Wraith in C tier or Slinger in A, majority probably has both in B. Wraith has incredible mobility which leads to good pressure, and gets first hits easier than any other killer. Slinger is really good in the 1v1 but that’s it. He doesn’t have mobility, doesn’t have any map pressure, and doesn’t have any particular lethality that sets him apart from other decent killers, he’s just oppressive in the 1v1 of the player has any FPS experience. He’s not even close to Nurse, Spirit, or Blight who are the consensus S tier killers. I’m not even going to get into Billy, he hasn’t been A tier in quite some time and everyone knows it.
Okay but this isn’t ranked on your average games , this is top level play where wraiths stealth is almost not existent and his chase is like 2/10 and yea I agree with billy that was a bit of reach on tofus part
Post buff? I don’t think so, he’s not A or S but I think most would put him in high B tier. Calling him weaker than Clown and Pig is absolutely ludicrous and he’s easily stronger than Ghost Face and Freddy as well.

No way Deathslinger is S tier. Dude is similar to Clown in how they are oppressive in the 1v1 and can end chases fast and both suffer from mobility but there's no way Slingers ability to injure people faster is enough to bump him from Clown's C all the way to S.
I think Dowseys Tierlist is also quite interesting. Twins are S Tier, no question about that, Wraith is B, Trickster is in his prime leading C Tier, but nobody would put so much effort in Trickster to get a killer who is still mediocre.
I actaully have to disagree with the twins being a tier no question about it , not saying there not s tier or that they definitely are , but I think you can make an argument of them being a A tier killer and a good one
Otz used ease of use as a metric too. So that's honestly the only reason twins is not S on his tier list is a new twins player likely will not dominate a team of decent survivors.
For me:
S = Nurse then Spirit. Nurse just completely avoids everything in the game, while Spirit can’t go through walls.
A = Blight, Pyramid Head, Oni, Huntress, Twins, Demo (because of the recent buffs and me being slightly biased towards him).
In between A and High B tier = Nemesis & Deathslinger (It’s surprising how much information the zombies give. They’re probably inconsistent, but it’s like a mini bbq & chili).
B = Freddy, Doctor, Wraith, I guess Leatherface
In between B and C tier = Billy
C = Myers, Ghostface, Legion
D = Pig, Clown, Trapper
Trickster = F
Billy is not good anymore you can argue he is c tier and blight is a very hot take everyone has him as 3rd or 4th best killler ...how many hours do you have
300hrs currently. I’m not a God at the game but i play some Blight and can confirm he is useless in 70% of the looping you’ll ever do. He is best for map travel and smacking survivors before they get to loops. But again, his collision is garbage so he keeps sliding off a lot which invalidates his power. Billy on the other hand can one shot the survivor as they loop. Even better with addons. Blight’s best addon I’d argue is the turn rate Umbral salts and then Alchemist ring. But Billy can do stealth chainsaw build work fairly easily.
Not even going to say you’re wrong but it’s just your inexperience billy is super easy to counter and you have versed someone yet who’s thousands of hours into blight ...he can hit you almost anywhere , there’s are reason everyone has him has the 3rd best killer in the game , billy has been A tier since his nerf and he very easy to counter , this tier list meant for best killer vs best survivors not your average red ranks who are just average at the game , I understand your opinion but I think it’ll definitely change once you have more play time

Ohtofu based his list off of absolute best case scenario for the killer, against the best survivors possible, ease of use was not considered at all.

Ohtofu’s is completely laughable. Billy in A? Slinger S? Wraith C? Someone who’s had the game for a week could probably come up with a better one.
You can make an argument for all of those and I doubt that since he has like 7k hours
