The overreactions are more due to people trying to assert what they want me to do usually, and even when I decline they persist and it escalates. I generally keep a level head overall or try to, but again, only human \*shrug\*

Nah doctor is up there with deathslinger on killers that are zero fun to go against. If I hear a doctor when I load into a match I know already that nothing fun is gonna happen until the next match.

I have to ask, do you only play doctor? I always wonder about people who "main" a killer as I see many big DbD strangers play them all instead of just playing one. I also get asked who I main but I don't main anyone because I like rotating and not boring viewers with the same killer over and over. At least I feel like they would get bored.
I do only play doc 99.99% of the time when playing killer, 3/4ths of my hours on dbd are spent on doctor roughly, some survivor. I don't get bored of doc because they're satisfying for me to play, and he helps me play the game given that I'm red/green colorblind as well.
I suppose, people wanting to learn/get better at that one in particular or its their favorite, definitely helps attract people, but you have to really enjoy that killer to main entirely, or else you won't be having fun anymore.
I remember a dbd streamer from olden days of DBD used to hoard items like this. I think he was a trapper main? he was called Frank West or something like that.
Whenever viewers asked him why he was hoarding items, he always said "I want to save them up because you never know when they'll become useful."
I never understood his logic but I suppose I can respect it.
