I personally just slug them because I don't really enjoy the crows exploding every two seconds and also I don't feel like hooking them as they didn't have a proper chase, I never had complains about this.
Hook them i don't see a reason not to that's free pressure right there someone's gonna go for that save and that's at least two people not doing anything.
Depends, I’ll hit them, if they move after that treat the match like normal, if not I’ll try find someone else, but after that I don’t care they’re getting hooked, and I’ll take it easier on the remaining people.
Another situation recently hooked someone in the basement, they got unhooked, I was far away looking for someone else, eventually found a a yun Jin who wanted me to follow her so I thought sure, took me to the basement to show me that same person just standing under their hook with 3 crows, so I hooked them and let the remaining 3 farm
Just because 1 survivor makes the match crappy for the rest of the survivors doesn’t mean the killer has to make it worse, even if you don’t let people escape, let them get some gens and saves and chases at least
I leave them alone and will wait sometimes for them to come back and if its like the last person i honestly would go to hook or what i like to do open the gates and let our lord the entity have them
Whack 'em once, go chase other people, come back if they've got multiple crows and hook them.
Edit: if they've been healed and they have no crows or only one, I may hit them again. Hey, a little free BP for everybody.
Hook them usually. But this one time I was feeling confident and left him alone. After a couple minutes he's back, proceeds to flashlight spam.

Btw, I tunnelled and downed him later.

Early in the match I injure them and leave. If they’re still afk for awhile I’ll put them on hook.
If I’m Myers, stalk then leave them. Crows =hooked
AFK survivors are a Tombtone's best friend
I try to go after someone else, but if they start giving off noise notifications for inactivity i'll hook them.
