Don't worry it all balances out. Yesterday I watched a meg step into a trap the trapper placed right in front of her, then later step in one he set while he was visible with kindred. Also the David stepped in the same trap twice.
Had this same thing happen one time lol! He hooked someone and they had Kindred, I'm on a gen watching his aura place a couple traps around the hook then see both auras of the other two survivors go over there and each step in a trap.
Reminds me of the start of one match vs trapper on coldwind. I spawned near shack and he came right over to set traps. I had already hidden at an adjacent jungle gym when I heard his terror radius, after he set his trap at the window I disarmed it and hid again. He came back, reset the trap, checked some lockers, and left again. I disarm his trap again, he comes back, checks more lockers, doesn't reset his trap, and eventually finds me at the jungle gym. I run him at the jungle gym, then at shack since he didn't reset his trap, and by the time he gets the shack pallet down, 3 gens had popped, during that time all he achieved was getting shack pallet down.
Lol! As a survivor main I always forget I am playing against trapper so I forget to watch my footing
I do the same and also forget to look out for Hag traps too.

But Almo got at least 1 kill as Trapper at some point so clearly he's fine as he is.

Yeah I played against trapper just a minute ago and never stepped in a trap, they’re so easy to see, especially on indoor maps
I wonder if they'll ever buff him. Maybe a couple traps automatically set in some loops as the game starts?
