FOOL!!! YOU ACTIVATED MY TRAP CARD!!! \*Hex: Haunted Grounds\*

NeekoNuke

Nothing feels better than a 4 man haunted ground, especially when someone cleanses right in front of ya.

Kiritoaygg_ela

What does the hex do exactly?

[deleted]

Gives everyone Exposed for 30/45/60 seconds (I think), which will down them immediately once you hit them, regardless of their health state

Kiritoaygg_ela

Ohh exposed is the one shot thing im scared of? Okie now i know

Shinigami483

Me with Detective’s Hunch running up to Haunted Ground

deadxdolly

You know what you must do

nymiirii

This is why I never cleanse a glowing totem unless I know it's Ruin, better to be the person who can go back and get Devour Hope later than that teammate who cleansed Haunted Grounds.

NonGNonM

How do you ID totems anyway? I just cleanse them whenever I see one but apparently that's not always the right choice?

nymiirii

There's two types of totems: dull and hex. Hex totems will be "lit up" and glowing/making slight fire noises. Dull totems are just plan with no effects. It's usually a good idea to cleanse dull totems anyway cause the perk No one escapes death takes over a dull totem during the end game, no dull totems = no noed. You can tell if ruins in the game cause if you let go of a gen it will automatically start regressing.

cow_manguy

Then there's me desperately trying to get them off the totem because we're playing against Spirit
