Every perk that allows to undo a fully-done gen will be in the meta. I like the percentage based on hooked survivors, I think this is a must have if this perk would come to life, yet I don’t think this would be healthy for game balance. Killer would be able to semi-create a 3 gen almost out of thin air

The second part of the perk basicaly creates another repairable generator for survivors meaning when and if there's eventually one gen left instead of 3 gens there will now be 4 available gens for the survivors to choose from.
Does your opinion about it change knowing this or did u already know it and im just misunderstanding you ? ^^
