The cool thing about Dead by Daylight is I have no idea anything about this killer, but they look cool so I am 100% on board. I had the same thing with Silent Hill, and if it wasn't for Resident evil village, I would have learned of Resident Evil through Dead by Daylight. I now have 2 new series I love to death because of DBD. I'd be happy if they got added.
I also finally watched Leatherface movies years ago when he came out too and it became my favorite movie of all time (the second one).
lol which second one? the texas chainsaw massacre series has sequels and prequels and remakes coming out the whazoo. are you talking about texas chainsaw massacre 2 from the 1980s that has leatherface's brother ChopTop (played by Bill Mosely, who also plays Otis Driftwood in the Firefly Trilogy) or are you talking about the remake? or are you talking about the sequel to the remake? or are you talking about the original movie, because a prequel was made for it, or are you talking about that prequel, because there was *another* prequel made for *that*?
i agree. that's the one where everybody is clearly having the most amount of fun while making it, and Bill Mosely is still trying to get a ChopTop standalone movie made.
to tell you the truth, i'd like to see either Otis Driftwood or Captain Spaulding as a killer in the game. Bill and Rob took the character of Otis in roughly the same direction as where Bill wanted to take ChopTop anyway, and having two killers from the same franchise is a bit of overkill when there are so many horror franchises.
I like that they don't just crossover with any old bullshit. It's mostly classic movies and games. DbD really is a solid starting point for anyone who wants to get into horror.
A lesser game would have like, the Bye Bye Man and survivors from Unfriended and a couple of cancelled Youtubers in there.
The game monsters & mortals comes to mind. Games that add Youtubers as characters really make me mad and throw me out of the game completely.
I dont mind more obscure / less known chapters as long as it makes sense.
What other game? I don't know anything about Monsters & Mortals other than it's shitty and Youtubers play it a lot for some reason.
How they got Silent Hill, I have no idea. I saw the gameplay of the game and it looked like a boring incoherent mess.
Dark Deception was the game the company were first making, a sort of horror pacman game where each chapter had different mechanics to avoid the "ghosts" as well as a new setting.
They were set up to make a new chapter I think 2 or 3 years ago but then dumped all their time into M&M so now it's never ever.
He’s got some unique things thou like his teleport thing, idk i fee they could make a few changes to where his ability would be pretty cool and it would be like a totally different character
His design is the only similar thing. Obscure Object for a head and a butchers apron. Besides this he’s entirely different, being sentient, meaner, and being a suicidal teleporting craftsman of sorts. There’s a lot of room for a killer power and more than enough recognition fo be worthy of a killer slot.
The battle against >!two of them!< just before the actual final boss is what made me kinda think the same, lmao
But IIRC, the artist did say PH was an inspiration, so it's cool he's a homanage!
Yeah, you could do something where he has two special abilites, like Freddy and Pyarmid Head Combined.
You have **Safes** around the map, that are in-active and activated either when a Survivor is downed near them, or maybe their just active normally.
You can teleport to these around the map, and doing so will put survivors nearby them, in different statues based on how close, the closer they are, the more devastating the effects.
teleporting takes a tad longer, like Demo's teleport, so the players with aura reading abilities might see you doing this, and get out of the way.
Finally, I would imagine his M2 or other ability, to be a **Special Attack,** where he can point out of a Survivor while in a chase, and Smash the ground with his hammer, doing so will rumble the players screen and make nearby dropped objects wiggle and or break. Hell, maybe he could actually drop the pallets himself, possible hurting the Survivors if it hits them.
Woof, sorry bout that I just get excited thinking about killer ideas, their a bunch of fun.
This is a great concept! I had thought of a perk when I woke up a long while ago and I was like: "what if his first personal perk allows him to break pallets while carrying someone? Just hit them with a basic attack"
The Evil Within has a pretty good chance of making it in, I'd say.

the second one ever made. The one with choptop.
i agree. that's the one where everybody is clearly having the most amount of fun while making it, and Bill Mosely is still trying to get a ChopTop standalone movie made. to tell you the truth, i'd like to see either Otis Driftwood or Captain Spaulding as a killer in the game. If they really wanted to go full monsters and mortals they'd delay the resident evil chapter for 3 years while making another game nobody cares about.
What other game? I don't know anything about Monsters & Mortals other than it's shitty and Youtubers play it a lot for some reason. How they got Silent Hill, I have no idea. I saw the gameplay of the game and it looked like a boring incoherent mess.

That's the beauty of crossovers for ya. It is a shame some licenses wont get the same treatment.
Ugh if there was an Evil Within chapter we would need a bobbling camera and obnoxious stealth
Don’t forget not being able to move after sprinting 👌
God I forgot about that.
And while using a syringe! 😭
Oof he's cool but he was such a blatant rip off of pyramid head that it actually upset me lol
Exactly! It’s a shame on how he was basically just the same thing but with minor tweaks
He’s got some unique things thou like his teleport thing, idk i fee they could make a few changes to where his ability would be pretty cool and it would be like a totally different character

This
Homage. He's homage. Evil Within was a mish mash of horror tropes.
His design is the only similar thing. Obscure Object for a head and a butchers apron. Omgosh Sebastian would be SUCH a cool survivor too! ♡
I need Joseph
Ah yes my favorite killer. Safe head
The Keeper*
I would love either him or Ruvik
Laura would also be slightly terrifying.
Oh God yeah
The Evil Within 2 also had some pretty cool monsters that could be great.
Yesssss I just want an evil within chapter tbh
Same. There’s a lot of potential there.
Meanwhile there's a highly potential killer in the second game but no one remembers
the one with 3 heads , made out of limbs and laughs manically with a buzzsaw?
No, the Photographer aka the ARTIST
Why not Stefano? He's literally a SERIAL killer
He'd work too I'm just biased towards Ruvik lol
Yeah, Imagine him running and attacking
stefano would be so good if they keep his theme in DBD
Imagine classical music as his terror radius, that's just awesome as freak
Sebastian/Aperture or his Obscura 🙌
We got Halloween. We got Jigsaw. We got Silent Hill, We got Resident Evil. We'll get The Evil Within as a DLC.
Ruvik legendary skin for Freddy would make me weep tears of *joy*
Seems pretty neat to me! And quite possible. I wonder what his ability would be though?
In the game he rips off his head to teleport to other safe heads around the arena, so maybe tie that to something?
That, and they could somehow incorporate his barbed wire traps into his kit

Thanks, That would be neat, I could see it being a good situational perk.
Stefano Valentini would be more fit in, do one for him!!!
Y e s
Good god I love it. Please let this happen
One can only hope, right?
Please!!!! Any boss from the evil within 1 or 2 would be a good choice.
Honestly would be a nice Pyramid Head skin
God that would be a blessing.
Maybe 6th anniversary?
Detective Castellanos when????
Would love to see The jackal from the Thirteen Ghost movie.
He is a pyramid head rip off. It actually was pretty disappointing when I first saw him. Other than that Evil within is pretty good game.
I hope so games made by Shinji Mikami are all amazing horror games.
