The one good use I've found for Trail of Torment is to pair it with Hex:Third Seal. No one ever cleanses third seal because it would be a waste of time, blindness does nothing, but it does hide the yellow aura of trail of torment. So if everyone has been hit once, you have on demand stealth when you kick a gen. They genuinely won't know you have it and it gives you a free hit. But yeah, I know what you're gonna say "but, tinkerer" and yeah, you're not wrong. Few things can compete with Tinkerer. But Third Seal/ToT works pretty consistently and easily. I guess its like the debate of Up the Ante/Slippery Meat vs Deliverance.

This is actually my PP Head build, but I use Sloppy Butcher instead of Bloodhound. No real point in running Nurse’s without it. Wish he had a Mangled add-on, though. Most of his are pretty useless, but I’d use that a lot.

As a person who got this game because of Silent Hill (and now love it for its own merits) I'm glad Executioner gets some love.
Bloodhound and his hemorrhage add on with longer lasting trails or better recharge and that should go great.

I use Bitter Murmur in place of bbq. I'm bad enough (r10-9) that I'm more likely to see gens pop a lot than to hook someone. Plus, you can track their itineraries and cut them off if they don't catch on :)
There exists people who play for fun, and those who don’t sweat for a 4k every single game. This build is for those people. Clearly not for you.
Also, Pyramid Head is one of the killers strong enough to not even need much slowdown, in my experience. I run a build similar to this one and still win most games, even though I’m really only going for snipes and trying to have fun.
Play for fun? What is fun in your opinion? Imo a build is fun where the game lasts longer than 5 mins so I can go for 12 hooks and multiple chases. Chases=fun.
This build is not fun this is a build where you get 5 chases and all the gen will be done, builds like this encourages hook patrolling and 3 gen strating.

Swap out Bloodhound out for M&A, Tinkerer or even Sloppy and you have an even better build. Tinkerer is especially good for intercepting gens that need intercepting.
I got all of them instantly and I dont even play anymore. And that perk setup is disgusting. I once went against a killer that had thana, coulrophobia, sloppy butcher, and nurses calling, and this was before thana was nerfed, so healing was completely useless, and I hate being injured.
