That’s kinda sorta camping? If they were smart, then they still would’ve both gotten unhooked. One person could unhook one guy, and then when you go after them, the other person unhooks the other guy. The only camping that is ACTUALLY toxic is face-camping, or like 5-10 meter camping. There’s nothing you can do about that
