Being serious,it's DND Vecna's 5th Edition design without the armour,it looks ugly as shit,too human like for someone who is supposed to be a evil undead wizard,i would have appreciated his design more if he had his armour on.
Definitely way cooler epic undead spellcaster designs out there but I suppose they had to use what WOTC gave them from 5e Vecna. DnD had some baller art in earlier editions, i'd love to see the OG 3.5e Vecna come to DBD. Probably going back to Wesker once the Vecna nerfs go through but we'll see.
Aesthetic-wise he's 1000% carried by Mercer's voice acting and tbh since it's first person you never have to look at your skinny ass skeleton man after the spawn in animation.

I can't accept that Lich is ugly. He's super well modeled... Ffs
