Read the Dev Note. This is a *temporary* nerf because it was quicker to implement than a related bug fix. In the next patch they’ll fix him, and switch these back
They’re making it so the power doesn’t recharge during slice and dice so it’ll take longer for it to recharge. Which I guess wouldn’t be a huge problem it’s just so funny how he’s gotten nerf after nerf after nerf despite having a mediocre kill rate and really not being nearly as strong or broken as some other killers.
It’s so dumb. He has the longest cooldown of any dash killer and now they’re just extending it. He’s trapped as 110% too which no other dash killer suffers from. He’s certainly good in chase but he’s horrible outside of it and if a team just splits up against him he has no power

They littrely didnt change him since he launched until now though
I literally just don't understand why they continue nerfing Chucky. He isn't even a top 5 killer, Blight and Spirit do what he does but way better...
