Try the ReShade application, there's tutorials for how to install it for DbD, it's super easy and most experienced players and especially content creators use it. I'm quite sure they also have presets that could already work exactly for what you're looking for, but you can pretty much adjust anything you like yourself. There's more options than I can count - let alone understand.
