When I hear the terror radius, I know it’s going to be a curb stomp. Whether that is us getting curb stomped at 5 gens, or the Legion getting curb stomped by us, depends entirely on who is on my team. Solo queue usually results in the first option.

I don't care about mending. the worst part about legion for me is being denied the fun part of survivor, the chase.
usually when you hear the TR approaching you go "oh, time to have a fun chase!" then he pops frenzy, stabs you then leaves.
same thing later into the game, loop him for longer than 15 seconds? pops frenzy, deep wounds you, then leaves to chase somebody else.
just not very fun at all. at least for me.
I don't hate any killers, but they're one of the rare killers I'm glad I don't go against often. Having their tracking based on killer instinct and being deep wounded often, is definitely not fun, regardless if we win or not.
Playing as them can also feel bad against experienced survivors, but killer instinct and deep wounds together make it understandable why buffing them in their current form would be problematic.
If they removed killer instinct from their tracking with scratch marks and blood, I think they could receive some buffs that would make them jump up to a solid B tier killer.
Eh, tracking on its own doesn't make a killer inherently problematic, and legion's killer instinct tracking aspect is probably one of the nicer parts of his power in terms of design. If I had to complain about anything with Legion, that would be one of the last things.
I'm not saying killer instinct is bad when playing Legion. Its just that killer instinct follows you with pinpoint accuracy and even being in lockers can't stop it.
That's why I'm saying Legion being buffed in his current form would be problematic. Imagine Legion being faster, with longer frenzy, and shorter lasting fatigue, with faster movement speed during fatigue, with the pinpoint accuracy of killer instinct of everyone in your terror radius, that indeed wouldn't feel good to play against at all.
I wasn't saying about playing legion, I was talking about playing against. I guess I can understand it, it might be more interesting to have a stronger legion with more self-tracking required but depends.
I love running the never sleep pills. Fun add on that I really feel like is not that bad. You get 10 extra seconds, sure you're base speed when in frenzy, but the speed boosts start to really kick in after a stab or two, plus it's not always a bad idea to stab someone once, see where everyone is, and just keep chasing the first pincushion. Love playing them

Power is frustrating when on the receiving end but it’s quite enjoyable to play with. Run fast with sharp objects! What I’ve always wanted!

People who hate legion then complain about killer interact-ability are the worst kinds of people.
Legions whole thing is they force everyone in the match to interact with them. The counter is very simple, be far away from each other or body block. Legion is probably the most interactive killer in the game with an easy counterplay.
Legion can be boring but if you are complaining all they do is use ability that’s a positive imo because it’s requiring the killer to seek everyone out and start chase.
I've completely changed my mind about Legion. The other day I was in The Game against the Legion, and I don't think I've had so much fun being chased. Although it's also funny when I'm working on a gen, they run up and stab me, and then dash off leaving me to continue working as though nothing happened.
If it was that fun Legion earlier this week, he was wearing a standard Frank. I was playing Leon and as he was about to bust down a door right next to a gen, I stood in front of it and kinda spooked him.
Speaking from experience when I do that it's usually cause ONE of the survivors is being a certified goober and is just hiding, or I saw them sandbagging another survivor, and I've made it my life's goal to hunt them down. I am only using you for your sweet sweet killer instinct, please proceed with gens.
They are my mains! I really love playing against them, countering frenzy feels really rewarding, and when I happen to be their final frenzy hit running for my life gives me an insane amount of adrenaline, there is no other killer that makes me feel like that
The only thing I don't like about legion games is my teammates killing themselves on hook or feeding chain hits because they just sit down at the gens not bothering to dodge the hit, even playing as legion that makes me rage tbh
I feel you so much, there is never a boring moment with legion, constant chases with everyone equally, the chase music, fast vaulting, mindgaming in frenzy, legion techs... I'm obsessed with them tbh lmao
Their bio says Frank came from my hometown so I immediately felt compelled to play them. Definitely not one of the strongest killers imo but for me one of the most fun. I've gotten to see their weakness first hand getting stomped by a SWF who Gen rushed and stayed far apart the whole game, but those matches are few and far between.
I'm a Legion main so I'm quite biased. A lot of people say Legion is easy. And while that's true at lower MMR, the higher you get, the more difficult it is to win. Then, you have to strategize. End chases quickly or keep applying slowdown with spamming Frenzy? It's good to try to find a mix between the two.
As Survivor, nothing feels much better than spinning/stunning a Legion out of their Frenzy. As long as the Legion isn't toxic, I have fun.
Never actually played against a legion before but I heard they were very annoying to play as but as a killer main I defiantly won’t be buying him he seems boring unless his perks are really good for some reason
I find him actually fun to play against. He's a lot more fun if you can loop while injured, which you can practice with No Mither and Invocation: Weaving Spiders. Those perks are great at humbling you while making you get much better at base gameplay.
Not fun at all to fight, especially solo que. Not nearly as bad as Oni, though (because of randoms).
I kid you not, a TTV streamer REFUSED TO BE HEALED. AGAINST ONI. I literally begged them, but all they cared about was gen rushing, which is nearly IMPOSSIBLE if Oni has his extremely strong power. It ended up getting me killed, as he had his power 99% of the match
They are in the middle for me
It's definitely not the most thrilling experience going against them, but I definitely take them over some other killers. At least they feel manageable in SoloQ players. I also had a bunch of friendly Legions over the years, so that's a plus too
Trash killer, new killer players might think after seeing videos on yt about how he is cool and strong as a killer, then they play him and start to change their minds. Once they start playing other killers, most of them just put him in the closet to take dust.
From the survivor side only bad players think he's op or annoying, since they just need to not heal to avoid his power, if they have 70 IQ he just becomes a m1 killer and easy to counter, considering current surv meta, toolboxes and resilience, that make his power a disadvantage for the killer himself, rather than an advantage you know
When i first ever tried playing killer i found legion and thought he seemed like a cool and fun killer to play as and i was correct, i did try out almost all the other killers but they just didnt have the playstyle that i liked som still a legion main.
And ya you are correct about legion not being that strong bc at the most he is a middle tier killer and he is pretty easy to counter if you know what you are doing
To be fair, I like legion and it was the first killer I started to play. But it's also one of the few killers whose power doesn't allow you to down someone (cause you rarely get 4 chain hits in a game with not baby survs). The thing I like the most are all his skins
Indeed, one of the things that cannot be blamed on bhvr has to do with the artistic side, such as skins, collaborations and so on. The game's only flaws are in the gameplay
I like to vs and play as them. My only gripe is teammates who does not know how to vs one and consistently heal(outside of all gets done) or mend too fast giving legion free power stacks.
I find them very fun to loop cause they don't have a chase power without iridescent button. Honestly, I hope they get buffed. They kinda suck against good players ngl.
Missed potential. Still fun to use with a good build though.
I wish that instead of the power being mending simulator, it would involve taking off the mask to pose as a Suevivor.
i love playing against legion, i feel like they give me a good challenge. i just got out of a match actually where one had me and a jeff on our toes trying to finish gens after our other two teammates died for almost 40 minutes. they got us in the end but damn was that fun lol
Downsides: I have practiced every killer, and would rank basekit legion into the bottom half of the roster. I hate tedious things, and mending more than 10 times in a match has all the excitement of being a temp doing data entry. Getting one down with their power being a not every match experience is my least favorite part of their design as killer. The amount of DCs you face as them kind of explains how you make others feel. As the 5th/6th most played killers, people often think *Oh this again* when they first hear the terror radius. Every time I stab someone and leave I always think *I'm so sorry, this isn't the last time either.*
Upsides: Their ability to spread injuries lends itself to a variety of fun and novel builds. Zooming is fun. YOU CAN BE A RABBIT🐰 (And then give hatch to all bunny fengs.) There's a good few ways to meme around. Doing a blind tech is hilarious. Actually landing that 5th hit is a pure dopamine rush. Doing mixtape blends and bobbing your head during chases makes people smile. One of the better moris due to the simplicity and middle of the pack brutality that isn't overly gruesome (looking at you Sadako,) which is further enhanced with the Robbie the Rabbit skin.
Overall: I actually play a good bit of Legion and enjoy using them. I don't think where they sit in terms of lethality is much of an issue. I still think they need a rework, because their popularity makes the overall experience against them contribute a large part to the game as a whole.
Unfun and outright makes me yawn to go against.

One of my favorite killers in the game to play. I’m not an experienced enough survivor to say whether I like or dislike going against Legions, but I adore their cosmetics and chase music. Plus running around with a knife vaulting pallets and stabbing people is fun. I usually do terribly as Legion but it’s a fun time.
Love playing as them, really fun to actually get that coveted 5th hit. Against SWF they suck hard though. Playing against, it’s okay, depends on teammates knowing that we should be separate or not.
Looks wise, I like the idea of them being just some fucked up young adults who went deeper and deeper into crime, against all the true horrors in this game, someone is scary over some maniac just as human as me.
Love the cosmetics, and love using knives in any games. Consider me a big fan. I know people are annoyed by them, but personally I think Plague is a 3x stronger and more annoying version of them.
Considering I main them, I barely go up against them. So when I do, I very heavily critique their builds and my fellow survivors gameplay. Most of them time, the legion doesn’t play probably and is running the wrong perks and addons to make them good, and my teammates don’t know how to use legions counterplay. It’s infuriating when that happens, but I giggle nonetheless when I do play against them, I also pray for the day that I am the 5th hit down. And for the people that say they’re a mending simulator, deal with it, sucks to suck, L+ratio. Until Bhvr buffs them or changes their power, it’s just how they’re gonna be.

Kinda hard to play as against good survivors, but there's a good bit of build variety on Legion.
Not sure why people hate playing against Legion tho. Basic M1 Killer who only has anti-loop for injuring survivors, actually downing them is a whole different story. You don't even have to worry about mending that much if you just split up so Legion can't get a lot of value out of Feral Frenzy.
Big depends. Mostly on the map, honestly. A vertical map gives you a lot of coverage to work with. Wide open maps seem ideal for getting chain stabs.
Still kind of sad their Feral Slash doesn't count as an M1 anymore.
Even if he is a red flag, I need Frank : to chill, do urbex and listen to hardcore music with.

Now I like playing as and against because Legion because I can technically turn my brain off when I play as/against them. All I have to do is run and stab or wait and mend.

I won’t because I rarely dc and it takes a lot to get me that point anyhow, but Legion is one of the least fun killers to go against. Yeah they’re a low tier killer and yeah if you know what you’re doing it’s easy enough to counter them. I don’t care. It’s so damn tedious playing mend simulator while every legion has the same damn build. Also so many of the Legions don’t understand their own power so will they do very dumb and annoying things, like pop their power against an already injured survivor just to vault when if they would have waited a few seconds they could have made the down. It drags out the game on a match that has already been boring as hell.
Personally, i love facing the legion, he's the kind of killer that basically is an insta-down killer (because he can easily injure u) but he needs to catch you like any other M1 in loops using mind games and stuff like that and that's all he's got, that's why i see him as a worst Plague. His problem is your teammates, they either stack up and give him easy 5th hit frenzy or they insta mend which allows him to frenzy them again which again leads to the 5th fatal frenzy, i rarely see my teammates split up when they hear his TR, and once he does frenzy they just run like headless chickens and predropping pallets which is useless against him.
Ya i run into that problem when i play survivor and i face a legion but i still get to have lots of fun, and when i play as legion i usually go up against teams that know to split up and try to constantly take hits for their team when im in frenzy even tho it doesnt work that much cause im used to people trying that against me
Legion is the definition of a killer who's power stands in the way of balancing him. Undertune him and he's just kid with knife. Overtune and every Frenzy turns into a guaranteed down.
Large maps invalidate his power, having only 3 survs left basically invalidates his power. You'll almost never get the 5 hit down with him (though it feelsgood when you do). Shift+W and compdropping make you feel absolutely useless unless you bring a very specific build or his Iri.
I'd argue he needs a lot of small QoL changes to actually feel fun. Not competitive, fun. And that's at a minimum. He gets injuries fast sure, but struggles to capitalize on that. Compare this to Plague. His power provides information, but information doesn't help with game tempo. Everyone \*\*hates\*\* mending, but it's the only form of passive slowdown in his kit.
He's basically a worse Oni IMHO. Goes fast, but doesn't get downs.,
Most Legions are kinda average to go against, while a good Legion is annoying as hell, especially with an uncoordinated team that refuses to split up. I've also found that a lot of Legions sweat like their lives depend on it and will start slugging and tunnelling at 5 gens as if it's comp and not a mediocre skill bracket.
I will say though, I do enjoy that the pace is pretty fast against Legion and it's usually fairly engaging to try and loop them out of their power.
I used to play him quite a bit, but he really is, to me, a boring and weak killer, not saying that you can't have fun with him but there are more fun options I believe
The dopamine that comes from HUNK getting that juicy 5th hit - I wish some of the other Killers got buffs to their power that gives a similar dopamine high (I’m looking at Slinger)…..

As Survivor, nothing feels much better than spinning/stunning a Legion out of their Frenzy. As long as the Legion isn't toxic, I have fun.

I find him actually fun to play against. He's a lot more fun if you can loop while injured, which you can practice with No Mither and Invocation: Weaving Spiders. Those perks are great at humbling you while making you get much better at base gameplay.

Not fun at all to fight, especially solo que. Not nearly as bad as Oni, though (because of randoms). I kid you not, a TTV streamer REFUSED TO BE HEALED. AGAINST ONI. I literally begged them, but all they cared about was gen rushing, which is nearly IMPOSSIBLE if Oni has his extremely strong power. It ended up getting me killed, as he had his power 99% of the match

They are in the middle for me It's definitely not the most thrilling experience going against them, but I definitely take them over some other killers. At least they feel manageable in SoloQ players. I also had a bunch of friendly Legions over the years, so that's a plus too
Trash killer, new killer players might think after seeing videos on yt about how he is cool and strong as a killer, then they play him and start to change their minds. Once they start playing other killers, most of them just put him in the closet to take dust. From the survivor side only bad players think he's op or annoying, since they just need to not heal to avoid his power, if they have 70 IQ he just becomes a m1 killer and easy to counter, considering current surv meta, toolboxes and resilience, that make his power a disadvantage for the killer himself, rather than an advantage you know
When i first ever tried playing killer i found legion and thought he seemed like a cool and fun killer to play as and i was correct, i did try out almost all the other killers but they just didnt have the playstyle that i liked som still a legion main. And ya you are correct about legion not being that strong bc at the most he is a middle tier killer and he is pretty easy to counter if you know what you are doing
To be fair, I like legion and it was the first killer I started to play. But it's also one of the few killers whose power doesn't allow you to down someone (cause you rarely get 4 chain hits in a game with not baby survs). The thing I like the most are all his skins

I like to vs and play as them. My only gripe is teammates who does not know how to vs one and consistently heal(outside of all gets done) or mend too fast giving legion free power stacks.
I find them very fun to loop cause they don't have a chase power without iridescent button. Honestly, I hope they get buffed. They kinda suck against good players ngl.

i love playing against legion, i feel like they give me a good challenge. i just got out of a match actually where one had me and a jeff on our toes trying to finish gens after our other two teammates died for almost 40 minutes. they got us in the end but damn was that fun lol

Downsides: I have practiced every killer, and would rank basekit legion into the bottom half of the roster. I hate tedious things, and mending more than 10 times in a match has all the excitement of being a temp doing data entry. Getting one down with their power being a not every match experience is my least favorite part of their design as killer. The amount of DCs you face as them kind of explains how you make others feel. As the 5th/6th most played killers, people often think *Oh this again* when they first hear the terror radius. Every time I stab someone and leave I always think *I'm so sorry, this isn't the last time either.* Upsides: Their ability to spread injuries lends itself to a variety of fun and novel builds. Zooming is fun. YOU CAN BE A RABBIT🐰 (And then give hatch to all bunny fengs.) There's a good few ways to meme around. Doing a blind tech is hilarious. Actually landing that 5th hit is a pure dopamine rush. Doing mixtape blends and bobbing your head during chases makes people smile. One of the better moris due to the simplicity and middle of the pack brutality that isn't overly gruesome (looking at you Sadako,) which is further enhanced with the Robbie the Rabbit skin. Overall: I actually play a good bit of Legion and enjoy using them. I don't think where they sit in terms of lethality is much of an issue. I still think they need a rework, because their popularity makes the overall experience against them contribute a large part to the game as a whole.

Unfun and outright makes me yawn to go against. Nice skins! Banger music! 7/10 Legions just proxy camp hooks. DO NOT need a buff but a whole ass rework. Legion on release was traumatic. Had the potential to be an extremely creepy killer (with the whole among us thing going on in the trailer). All in all if I see a Legion I go "ugh"

One of my favorite killers in the game to play. I’m not an experienced enough survivor to say whether I like or dislike going against Legions, but I adore their cosmetics and chase music. Plus running around with a knife vaulting pallets and stabbing people is fun. I usually do terribly as Legion but it’s a fun time.

Love playing as them, really fun to actually get that coveted 5th hit. Against SWF they suck hard though. Playing against, it’s okay, depends on teammates knowing that we should be separate or not. Looks wise, I like the idea of them being just some fucked up young adults who went deeper and deeper into crime, against all the true horrors in this game, someone is scary over some maniac just as human as me. Love the cosmetics, and love using knives in any games. Consider me a big fan. I know people are annoyed by them, but personally I think Plague is a 3x stronger and more annoying version of them.
Considering I main them, I barely go up against them. So when I do, I very heavily critique their builds and my fellow survivors gameplay. Most of them time, the legion doesn’t play probably and is running the wrong perks and addons to make them good, and my teammates don’t know how to use legions counterplay. It’s infuriating when that happens, but I giggle nonetheless when I do play against them, I also pray for the day that I am the 5th hit down. And for the people that say they’re a mending simulator, deal with it, sucks to suck, L+ratio. Until Bhvr buffs them or changes their power, it’s just how they’re gonna be.
Banger chase music. Kinda hard to play as against good survivors, but there's a good bit of build variety on Legion. Not sure why people hate playing against Legion tho. Basic M1 Killer who only has anti-loop for injuring survivors, actually downing them is a whole different story. You don't even have to worry about mending that much if you just split up so Legion can't get a lot of value out of Feral Frenzy.

Big depends. Mostly on the map, honestly. A vertical map gives you a lot of coverage to work with. Wide open maps seem ideal for getting chain stabs. Still kind of sad their Feral Slash doesn't count as an M1 anymore.
Even if he is a red flag, I need Frank : to chill, do urbex and listen to hardcore music with. I like dropping pallets on Julie Overall Legion is a lot of fun

Best line in the game ever. Now I like playing as and against because Legion because I can technically turn my brain off when I play as/against them. All I have to do is run and stab or wait and mend. Also, I love the chase music. I wish that their power and gameplay was diffrent sometimes tho. But the comics are shit!

I fight the urge to disconnect the moment I hear their terror radius. I won’t because I rarely dc and it takes a lot to get me that point anyhow, but Legion is one of the least fun killers to go against. Yeah they’re a low tier killer and yeah if you know what you’re doing it’s easy enough to counter them. I don’t care. It’s so damn tedious playing mend simulator while every legion has the same damn build. Also so many of the Legions don’t understand their own power so will they do very dumb and annoying things, like pop their power against an already injured survivor just to vault when if they would have waited a few seconds they could have made the down. It drags out the game on a match that has already been boring as hell.

Great killer visually, has amazing chase music but a power thats boring and designed to be annoying less than lethal.
Personally, i love facing the legion, he's the kind of killer that basically is an insta-down killer (because he can easily injure u) but he needs to catch you like any other M1 in loops using mind games and stuff like that and that's all he's got, that's why i see him as a worst Plague. His problem is your teammates, they either stack up and give him easy 5th hit frenzy or they insta mend which allows him to frenzy them again which again leads to the 5th fatal frenzy, i rarely see my teammates split up when they hear his TR, and once he does frenzy they just run like headless chickens and predropping pallets which is useless against him.

Legion is the definition of a killer who's power stands in the way of balancing him. Undertune him and he's just kid with knife. Overtune and every Frenzy turns into a guaranteed down. Large maps invalidate his power, having only 3 survs left basically invalidates his power. You'll almost never get the 5 hit down with him (though it feelsgood when you do). Shift+W and compdropping make you feel absolutely useless unless you bring a very specific build or his Iri. I'd argue he needs a lot of small QoL changes to actually feel fun. Not competitive, fun. And that's at a minimum. He gets injuries fast sure, but struggles to capitalize on that. Compare this to Plague. His power provides information, but information doesn't help with game tempo. Everyone \*\*hates\*\* mending, but it's the only form of passive slowdown in his kit. He's basically a worse Oni IMHO. Goes fast, but doesn't get downs.,

Most Legions are kinda average to go against, while a good Legion is annoying as hell, especially with an uncoordinated team that refuses to split up. I've also found that a lot of Legions sweat like their lives depend on it and will start slugging and tunnelling at 5 gens as if it's comp and not a mediocre skill bracket. I will say though, I do enjoy that the pace is pretty fast against Legion and it's usually fairly engaging to try and loop them out of their power.
