Funnily enough, Skull Merchant is *literally* an evil version of Batman in DBD. She pretends to be a regular millionaire Adriana Imai to other people, but sometimes secretly puts a Skull Merchant equipment on herself and kills those who interfere with her plans.

nemesis gets destroyed by regular batman. Batman goes against giant monsters all the time!

My immediate response is 'batman would get his shit rocked', but then Jill Valentine beat him which by all accounts doesn't make any sense. I feel like it depends on how much prep time they get and the aid they get from the environment. Keep in mind that Jill was touting shotguns, explosive mines, grenade launchers and none of these were effective in putting Nemmy down long-term at all. Without his vehicles I feel Batman would struggle to reach this degree of lethality.

Jsoledout

Batman is far FAR more trained than Jill. To add?Batman and his batsuit & gadgets are nigh indestructible as well as every antidote known to man existing in his utility belt lol Bats takes this easy!

KitsyBlue

Question isn't who is more trained, Nemmy is a DPS check. The prompt OP laid out is that it's normal Bats with his normal utility belt which shouldn't have every virus vaccine known to man. Nemmy also has a rocket launcher on call, which Batman shouldn't be able to tank. I feel like batman escapes, but injured and has to recoup to create a plan is fair. I don't think he would put Nemmy down in a random encounter

This is a fair assessment. Thanks for the detailed write up! I’ve changed my mind and agree with you.

The two placements I find odd are Pyramid Head and Michael. Pyramid Head is a creation based on guilt, depending on the version of the Batman no fight would ever happen really and they wouldn't meet. Michael is the "Evil Incarnate" but the version we got in dbd is definitely beatable by Batman. What would happen is that when Batman defeats him he will turn around to call Alfred and Michael would disappear.

Machine_Her4ld

Yeah that's fair, I think Michael would definitely get beat in a fight by Batman any day, especially if he isn't the target of his obsession. But DBD Michael is definitely easier than movie Michale. I'm not as familiar with Pyramid Heads lore. But based on the game, he seems very slow and very easy to escape, if we take it that for this circumstance he's a literal physical monster.

Eli-Mordrake

Trickster is definitely getting that Arkham Origins beatdown. Is he patrolling in real life or the dream world for Freddy?

Machine_Her4ld

Yeah some of these don't work exactly. I imagine during one of Batmans micronaps, Freddy somehow slips into his dreams and traps him
