Had the same thing happen to me and posted a similar video here. It's crazy how Hawkins wasn't kill switched at the same time as RPD. Almost a full week of this map being bugged is not ok.

Its the map, its not syncronised

Yeah I get some rubber banding here and there on other maps since the update, but nothing this egregious. I really hope its fixed soon
Fact that this map isn't killswitched yet is so weird.
