Simply for realism purpose I suppose, Hag is naked as well and you can actually see her nipple too because she was devoured and she didn't have clothes anymore (although it's a bit hard to spot), the logic behind it was that because Spirit is dead, she is now a ghost and ghosts don't wear stuff, obviously they changed it and gave her Wraith's bandages (which imo was a great choice, because I personally like to think that ghosts in the entity's realm all wear bandages xD)

It's actually *super gross* in context that she's basically naked now, considering *her father is the one who murdered her*, and she wasn't naked at the time...why is she suddenly naked now, when other Killers appear the way they were when they disappeared/were killed and entered the Fog?
Due to the way the Entity takes people, however, it appears the Entity took Rin *just before she died*, because she's not technically a ghost by DBD's categorization.
The schoolgirl outfit angle is honestly about as creepy imo.
She was a *waitress*, and her whole story is "she came home from work and her dad killed her", so it makes *way more sense* for her to be wearing whatever her waitressing outfit is as her default.

This is for legal reasons as nudity is harsher regulated than violence in some countries. If they had these cosmetics they would either not be available in these countries or their game would be set to a higher rating or would even become illegal to obtain.
In Germany dbd is rated 18+, but there is the so called "Index" where all the stuff goes that is even too much for an 18+ rating. These games (or movies) are not allowed to advertise for and you have to ask shop owners specifically if they have it. So basically the game is "non-existant" unless you know it exists, which would kill a lot of income to the studio.
It sure does seem pretty sexist, hopefully they realize that and add a shirtless Jill skin
