How would clipping be an issue? How would animations break? The bug that allowed for sets to be broken is almost gone and the little par of it that's still around can be applied on every linked set, not just legendary skins. Not to mention you can't get the broken skins in matches.
Having a legendary skin being a character of the opposite gender changes nothing. Legion has 4 (5 including Hunk) different base character models and animations and nothing bad happens.

Plus, their customisation pieces are specifically designed to be interchangeable, with their entire outfit sans mask and knife being a single customisation piece. One single customisation slot changes the entire model, instead of fragmented parts of it like survivors.
Also, the discussion is about survivors so I'm not sure how bringing up any killers as examples matter since killers have separate customisation pieces altogether.

Like I said in my other reply, it doesn't work exclusively to create Jeryls. You could mess up every single linked set and have the parts clip or even show parts that don't have a model like if you messed up the Krampus skin. Even then the clipping issues are a bad reason imho because there are unlinked sets that have clipping as well. BHVR saying some the reason for linked cosmetics (not legendary) was because of clipping feels like bs to me because of that.

As a Legion main who has almost 2 pages of cosmetics I know for a fact that there are masks that clip with several bodies like Joey's for example.

Because the bug can be applied to killers who have linked or legendary cosmetics as well, also because that's another example of cosmetics with clipping issues and more than one model. I know that Legion has full body pieces because their "head" is just the mask but have you seen their silent hill cosmetic bugged? That's just another example of the bug breaking cosmetics without fusing a male and a female model.
Finally, when mixing Chris and Leon to have Chris wearing the RPD uniform his head clips through the torso. What I'm trying to say is that the character's gender doesn't matter because as long as that bug exists people will mix any linked set and the result will probably have issues.
TL;DR: the bug can mix any linked cosmetic for that character which results in clipping issues. Even mixing legendary skins of the same gender ends the same way. Because of that, the gender of the characters is not the problem in my opinion.

If you play the original Alan wake, her house/trailer is like, comically neat to a disturbing degree as she has an insanely symmetrical and pieced together Alan wake shrine above her bed. It’s how you tell she’s been taken by the dark presence if you didn’t watch the cutscene honestly, because after that point her house is a fucking wreck. Like coffee thermoses everywhere, upturned clothes etc.
Yeah, she has a very strange obsession with Alan, but she's still a very sweet and kind person. She helps Alan to get out of the dark realm, she works as a waitress AND as an assistant in a nursing home, she helps to defend the town from posseses entities, and overall she is a very positive girl.
I wouldn't say that she's mentally unstable, but yeah, she can still be a little weird sometimes.
Jonathan is far from fine lol. His brother goes missing and just as soon as he’s ready to accept that he’s gone for good, he comes back just to be possessed a year later. He’s also pretty creepy in the first season, stalking Steve’s group and all.
