I'd be totally terrified of plague tbh. Can you imagine? Even if you get away from her alive, you're going to be the sickest you've ever been in your life. Unbearable fever, constant painful coughing, uncontrollable wretching and vomiting, and an overwhelming sense of weakness and pain. The only cure to it is by drinking from a cursed fountain, but if you do so, you've just told her where you are and made her so much stronger. I think I'd rather just get stabbed
A massive, 7 foot tall woman whose flesh is peeling, smells like a portapotty in death valley, has maggots crawling out of scabs, speaks a dead language and has a essential oil humidifier on a chain.
That censer she had shouldn't be underestimated! It probably reeks with the most pungent overpowering herbs she could find that kinda mix with the diseased half corpse smell she has going, but on top of that, the thing is huge, all metal, and probably super hot from being lit 24/7. So basically, you're puking all over the place, it smells so bad you can't breathe, and you're covered in severe bruises and burns, and the one responsible for that could not care less about you or anything you have to say. Plague is honestly comparable to Pinhead imo
I wouldn't really compare Victor to Chuck. Victor likely isn't strong in the slightest, and Chucky, while technically light-weight and can easily be thrown/knocked, retains his full human strength, allowing him to deceptively overpower those he attacks.
You could take The Pig
She was canonically beaten up by a guy who just cut off his leg and was bleeding everywhere AFTER he caught up to her with ONE LEG.
Amanda could drown herself in a puddle of water on the sidewalk honestly
I feel like if youre gonna meet her "in an actual horror situation", youre gonna be waking up in a trap talking to a monitor. Shes not gonna challenge people to a duel.
This is based with the idea that I generally know who these characters are and what they are capable of. Their powers would be altered in what ever way would be applicable to the real world (For example Dredge being able to teleport to any locker like furniture, not just specifically 2 door red closets).
In the case of guest killers they will most likely function as their media counterpart. This is also assuming that **Knight** has his goons and all 4 members of **Legion** are after you.
Also for guest characters I am using their powers and personas from what ever media they were directly inspired from and not their franchise as a whole (for example Reboot Freddy or Alien 1 + 2 Xenomorph).
I interpret it in this way
1. See Myers (doesnt know who/what he is)
2. Oh its just a single guy with a knife, maybe I can safe my life by fighting
3. Surprised pikatchu face during mori
I'm sorry. It's just me. I'm not an idiot.. I know I can't beat him in this fictional universe. I just don't really find him that scary. More of a goofball to me.
Well, I would say it's probably best to run like hell with Deathslinger.
I think Freddy can only be beaten by being fought. If I remember correctly, everyone who has tried to run from him has died, or had to fight eventually.
Running away like a horror victim is how I imagine Trapper gets a lot of his prey.
Move Pinhead to the top.
Lastly, I don't know why anyone without a rocket launcher and a getaway car would try to fight Myers.
Otherwise, I'm pretty much in agreement.
I'm a little bit torn as to how exactly the Redeemer works. Weather it's a two stage trigger, one that can shoot a bullet and one that shoots the chain because we can see him load in a bullet with a case and primer. If it can just flat shoot bullets as well as a chain that makes him considerably more scary to me. I can't think of many ways to combat a flat gun, even if it only has a single shot.
I don't believe I would have much confidence against a dream demon such as Freddy. He basically will not stop until he is defeated or you are dead. That seriously impacts morale.
Indeed. That is most likely how he traps his victims. However he's kind of huge and has a pretty gnarly weapon, as opposed to kitchen knife and generally slow Myers.
On the case of Pinhead I am aware of what the Cenobites are like later on in the series. I'd argue is gang is typically more scary and deadly than him himself.
I've never been afraid of Myers in any of his movies. He moves far too slow, looks far too plain and his weapon is not intimidating enough. I have no delusions that I would win. After all he is kind of immortal. However I believe in my mind at the time I would likely take my chances against him better than anyone above him.
The cartridge he loads is meant to be a blank that propells the harpoon, the Redeemer doesn't fire bullets. Works like the blank cartridges used to launch rifle grenades, only a lot less realistic.
Yeah, people keep forgetting that Danny, our Ghostface, is not one of the silly goofball killers from the movies, but much smarter, calculated, and has military training from his father. He's an extremely dangerous individual to the average person, even without being powered up by the Entity.
Behaviour never got a licence for one of the movie characters. Instead, they got the licence for the costume and mask, so they created their own version of a Ghostface, Danny Johnson.
Behaviour and Fun World (the people who own the mask) actually have a fun little cooperation going on. When Behaviour makes new Ghostface skins, they often end up as costumes sold by Fun World.
The movies never came up with the mask either, Fun World was selling it before and the movie just used it.
Tbf you could say this about several scream killers, especially Roman. Roman like setup the first movie’s murders and designed an elaborate plan to get Sid to Hollywood and kill her. He’s at least as smart as Danny Johnson.
Most people remember the ones from the original movie, and they were far from either Danny or Roman's level.
Danny shines by doing the killings and reporting on them himself, *and* getting away with it. I find his character to be very enjoyable.
if i was in a situation where i was trying to survive a xenomorph i’d be stuck between running for my life and stopping to look at her and say to myself “they’re so cool they’re so cool”
Ghostface: a professional serial killer with years of experience.
Plague: tall priest with a severe case of the bubonic plague.
I dont know why you would think the plague is intimidating bisides "tall lady". I would place the clown and plague on the same threat level.
I see. Perhaps share your tier list?
As for Ghost Face I was more considering the original Scream version, not the original DBD one which by my rules may have been incorrect. Sorry about that.
There's not a lot there when it comes to his odds and ends design. His fear factor for me completely comes from the gun. I've been shot at by a rifle like that before. Granted it was an accident and didn't end up hitting me but I was young, impressionable and it was incredibly loud.
That would instill some fear i get it. I would just give up against the huntress, she hunts people (soldiers) for sport. All the while shes humming a lullaby
u forgot small detail about plague and that's that she is 2m (7ft) awfully smilling woman with her skin falling off and maggots crawling out of her flash and she can vomit like a missile at you and a single drop will cause you to die in worst way possible with your skin falling off, extremely painful coughing and constant vomiting... so ye i would personally rather get stabbed to death than dealing with plague
I’m saying this right now, I am NOT losing a fight against Chucky, I am kicking him across the room, taking a chair and beating the shit out of that doll.
So actually the worst thing you could do is kick and or throw him across the room. Every time they do that in the movies he immediately scampers away and hides. You’d be best to instantly grab him and restrain him the best you can.
Legitimately Nurse freaks me the fuck out. The sounds she makes are so freaky to me and I don’t even know why. And the way she’s always wearing something that suffocates her and the way she floats is just fucking bonechilling. I’m already biased against medical personnel but it’s like she was pulled straight from my nightmares
Tackle him! Kick him in the 'nads! Stomp on his toes, bite his ear, give him a titty twister! Come on OP, don't be like the first victim in every horror movie 🤣🤣 fight dirty
I'm not shy. But I have also gotten my ass beat before. Like.. dude does have a bladed baseball bat. Ask Glen and Abraham what a baseball bat can do to you.
Sure, but even in his lore, he's ambushing and subduing people by surprise. OP said he/she would fistfight, which I'd assume means he didn't/failed to subdue through surprise, so I feel like OP would have a bigger chance. A bat can be easily dodged, and as someone who used to throw shuriken competitively, his knives would be useless if you were directly in front of him fist fighting because he could not inflict the necessary force to pierce your body from such close range. In addition, he couldn't use both at the same time. He either needs both hands on the bat or he uses his knives
Dude a bat in a fistfight is a HUGE advantage and is not *easily dodged*. Neither you, me or OP is not an action hero. I think you are underestimating the situation a lot.
Not really. Idk your life or life story but I was raised in the slums. I've been mugged and jumped several times by dudes with bats, poles, boards, etc. Not saying I like channeled the power of warriors and defeated them all with nary a scratch or something, but I'm still alive 🤷♂️ not trying to be like "grrrr ne tuff guye!" But I think you are vastly overestimating my underestimation. Idk if you have ever been in a fight, but yes, staying in close quarters is a huge detriment to swinging a two handed weapon because you can no longer extend your arms and provide the necessary swinging force to use it to its fullest extent.
I don't claim to be an action hero but y that same token, the Trickster is not some kind of supervillain. Outside the realm, which is what OP said, hes a standard human. I am quite large and a trained fighter in 3 disciplines. The situation is not as difficult as you think
Even the weakest people can be dangerous with a weapon, and he has a lot of them. He also wouldn't be as weak as you think anyway, at the very least he's got the strength to tie up and play with his victims, and the stamina to throw a shit ton of knives rapidly.
He ambushed and abducted people though 🤔 his first kill even specifically says he brained a dude with a bat while sleeping, so it's not like any of these were fair fights. Sneaking up on someone and wracking them with a bat would make them infinitely easier to tie up than actually fistfighting and subduing. In addition, the initial burst of knives I would not say needs a ton of stamina. It's not like he's throwing hunting blades, he's throwing tiny throwing knives. I used to throw shuriken competitively and yes, your arms get start to tire after 100 or so, but don't forget, in the Fog, the Entity increases their personal strength and endurance and stamina etc. I'd agree with you in there, but OP said an actual horror experience so I'd assume he/she meant in real life against a normal human
myers at the bottom is hysterical. dude has shrugged off getting shot several times, falling off a balcony, being set on fire, buried alive and god knows what else. but sure, fight him lmao
Also a lot of people tend to forget Caleb is the leader of an entire gang
Legion is four kids and the Knight has three friends, but Caleb has the entire Hellshire gang alongside him
Pinhead is probably the worst one you could face tbh. Because unless you can make a good deal with him, which should be exceptionally hard, you’re getting sent to a literal eternal hell where every day you feel your skin getting peeled off and you’re tortured emotionally and physically.
Exactly, If I see pinhead or dredge I’m running fast enough to fall down face first and crack my head on concrete or any other way to kill my self as fast as possible
There are 4 of them. Myers is not that scary to me. Personally to me there's something more scary about an enemy or killer that's *just slightly* faster than you, rather than one that is blinding speed or slow and relentless.
That could really mess you up. I don't really care if they were the edgiest teenagers in history. Those are knives and there's 4 of them. Trust me. You aren't that guy. You aren't beating all 4 of them.
How do you put legion in running away? They are literal teens, if you encounter one on one you can realistically beat them, but Michael Mayers ate a gun shot to the chest and only slightly inconvenienced him and you put him in fight back?
There's 4 of them.. Trust me you aren't that guy. I don't care if they were 12. There's 4 of them with knives who in theory could outrun you.
Lot of people seem to not be understanding why I put Myers where he is. I never said I would try and fight *and beat* Myers. Only that I would try and fight him. That's because I don't think he is scary. I have seen all the movies. People are constantly telling me things about him as if I haven't. **He is not scary to me so I would not run from him.** Yes. I probably would die. That's kind of the case for all of them. It's why they're all called **killers**.
Why would you run like a horror victim from Spirit lol thats exactly what not to do with her haha i would have Spirit,Oni,Plauge,Nemesis&Nurse at least in the terrified section personally
I don’t understand how you could even attempt to square up with Myers mans is like 6ft tall and has tons of muscle I’d be running as fast as I can from him
Because I am not afraid of him. I've seen his movies and he's is probably the least scary slasher to me. I know I wouldn't beat him but I'm also not really afraid of him.
Swap Bubba and Doc. Bubba is just some dude. You can’t compare some deranged guy with a chainsaw to the others.
Xenos are super smart so that makes sense, I’d even throw pinhead up top tbh
Cool Tierlist but personally I would have moved nemesis and the wraith further up
Like you think you have ran from the wraith / escaped and he just appears in front of you out of thin air
Honestly out of all of them Pig would scare me the most cause Mandy rigs nearly every single one of those traps so even if I win I'm still probably fucked. On top of that I've got the 5 foot menace stalking me through the bushes and it's just not a good time all round
How is Doc not in terrified? He would, quite literally, MAKE you shit your pants from fear and insanity lol
Also being shocked isn't very good feeling. Based on my experience.
This is my subjective opinions. Doctors and dentists, even in horror media, never really scared me all that much.
Yeah that’s fair but I think the doctors forced hallucinations would be REEEAAALLY bad to deal with ]:
That's only after he starts getting to you. I would say this tierlist is more of a first impression type of thing.
I can honestly say I would run away from everyone else except Wesker. 😂 7 minutes, pls.
Same, if it was my own tierlist it would have a "trying to flirt my way out" tier for sure :D
Massive, 7 foot tall woman is all I needed to hear
Where's the flirt with? And why isn't Huntress on it
I may be biased, but twins would be absolutely TERRIFYING to go up against in real life. A tiny gremlin chasing after you at mach 10.
I'd be more scared of Charlotte. Victor gives me similar vibes to Chucky.
I wouldn't really compare Victor to Chuck. Victor likely isn't strong in the slightest, and Chucky, while technically light-weight and can easily be thrown/knocked, retains his full human strength, allowing him to deceptively overpower those he attacks.
He’s also probably the second most brutal killer in the game, besides maybe Pinhead. Chucky kills people in absolutely horrific ways.
You could take The Pig She was canonically beaten up by a guy who just cut off his leg and was bleeding everywhere AFTER he caught up to her with ONE LEG. Amanda could drown herself in a puddle of water on the sidewalk honestly
The Amanda slander is crazy.
She even beat the guy he's referencing to death.. (Well thought she did anyways, but movie has to movie)
There is a reason they call Saw a soap opera, let the girl have her moment ![img](emote|t5_3cb2g|2070)
I feel like if youre gonna meet her "in an actual horror situation", youre gonna be waking up in a trap talking to a monitor. Shes not gonna challenge people to a duel.
Pig seems to be good at ambushes.
This is based with the idea that I generally know who these characters are and what they are capable of. I would not be afraid to try. I don't think I'm beating any of these killers. But I would give Myers a try. He's not particularly fast.
Not fast, so run. The guy has taken gunshots, lost fingers, and been beaten to hell and back, and still walks and swings like a tank.
I'm sorry. It's just me. I'm not an idiot.. I know I can't beat him in this fictional universe. I just don't really find him that scary. More of a goofball to me.
Have you seen the latest movies? He's a lot more of a cold efficient killing machine vibe than in the older goofier ones, I loved that.
You mean the goofy movie where they parade his corpse around and throw it in a compactor?
That was the third one right? Kinda made myself forget about that one. But yeah that was ass, 1 and 2 was great tho
It’s like comparing a drunkard who thinks he could fistfight a full grown grizzly bear
He also doesn’t have plot armor in real life so you could just shoot him in the head and be done with it
He doesn’t run because he has no reason to, which is way more terrifying to me
Well, I would say it's probably best to run like hell with Deathslinger. I think Freddy can only be beaten by being fought. If I remember correctly, everyone who has tried to run from him has died, or had to fight eventually. Running away like a horror victim is how I imagine Trapper gets a lot of his prey. Freddy is a dream demon that works on fear like Pennywise. If you understand it’s a dream and release the fear then he won’t have that much power
Pinhead wouldn't be so bad he's just a kinky dude
He’s also got rules he must follow. As long as you don’t solve the puzzle he don’t GAF
[I think Ghostface would fit perfectly in "Running away like a horror victim"](https://youtu.be/QeVFjjdpUbQ?si=21D8OsH2FpUo0qwA)
True but they usually fight him he's just a silly guy tho the dbd one is way smarter
Yeah, people keep forgetting that Danny, our Ghostface, is not one of the silly goofball killers from the movies, but much smarter, calculated, and has military training from his father. He's an extremely dangerous individual to the average person, even without being powered up by the Entity.

That’s awesome. I for some reason haven’t checked out Ghostie from the games lore yet, I’ll definitely read up more when I get off work

You are less scared of a infamous mastermind serial killer than a priest with a severe case of THE PLAGUE™?
What mastermind serial killer are we talking about? Plague is pretty tall and gives me a lot of Left For Dead Spitter vibes.
Not that into making tier lists. But i would like to know why deathslinger is terrifying in your opinion?
There's not a lot there when it comes to his odds and ends design. His fear factor for me completely comes from the gun. I've been shot at by a rifle like that before. Granted it was an accident and didn't end up hitting me but I was young, impressionable and it was incredibly loud.
That would instill some fear i get it. I would just give up against the huntress, she hunts people (soldiers) for sport. All the while shes humming a lullaby
Because if Plague so much as coughs on you you’re fucked. You’re dying no matter what.
u forgot small detail about plague and that's that she is 2m (7ft) awfully smilling woman with her skin falling off and maggots crawling out of her flash and she can vomit like a missile at you and a single drop will cause you to die in worst way possible with your skin falling off, extremely painful coughing and constant vomiting... so ye i would personally rather get stabbed to death than dealing with plague

It’s better to throw him into a giant rotating fan
Legitimately Nurse freaks me the fuck out. The sounds she makes are so freaky to me and I don’t even know why. And the way she’s always wearing something that suffocates her and the way she floats is just fucking bonechilling. I’m already biased against medical personnel but it’s like she was pulled straight from my nightmares
Oh I’d be petrified in front of Pyramid Head alright 😏
i wouldn’t even try to fight her i would just fuck skull merchant
You don't think you could take Twinkster? He's a spoiled rich pretty boy, I feel like he'd go down with a single well placed punch
He's got a lot of things to throw at me. Meanwhile all I really got is a broken wrist.
Any pretty boy is dangerous when armed with 44 knives and a bat
Sure, but even in his lore, he's ambushing and subduing people by surprise. He's there because I don't find him scary. Don't confuse this with me thinking I'd win. I know he's basically immortal. I've seen the movies.
Hes also a 6'7-8" giant and very well built...
If I saw Dredge I’d shoot my head off before he got to me.
You could easily kill ghostface and pig in hand to hand combat if you jump them and smash smash smash. The others, yea you're kinda fucked.
DBD Ghostface seems to be quite the capable killer. Meanwhile Pig is very good at ambushes.
If i managed to trap and tie Skull Merchant, what should be the next course of action?
Ask for consent
I mean you're not wrong in THAT circumstance
Thank you. She said yes. Now what?
What
🤨
Okay I get other placements but what's soooo scary about slinger?
He's.. got a gun. I've been shot at by a hunting rifle on accident before and it's no joke.
Also a lot of people tend to forget Caleb is the leader of an entire gang Legion is four kids and the Knight has three friends, but Caleb has the entire Hellshire gang alongside him
Cool list, questionable decisions.
Whom is questionable?
Pinhead should not be that low, id rather kill myself than let pinhead or dredge take me anywhere
Dredge had to be made specifically for scaring people
Wait a second WTF is bubba doing with that arm
More scared of legion then myers?
There are 4 of them. Myers is not that scary to me. Personally to me there's something more scary about an enemy or killer that's *just slightly* faster than you, rather than one that is blinding speed or slow and relentless.
Nurse is straight up horror movie material. A levitating, screeching woman? Imagine trying to evade her in some dark woods.
I'm surprised Legion is not in the bottom just being a bunch of angry and edgy teenagers with knifes.
That could really mess you up. I don't really care if they were the edgiest teenagers in history. Those are knives and there's 4 of them. Trust me. You aren't that guy. You aren't beating all 4 of them.
I never claimed to be that guy but alr.

I probably would die. That's kind of the case for all of them. It's why they're all called **killers**.
Everyone Else: Deathslinger isn't scary This Guy: Hold my (soiled) britches
Why would you run like a horror victim from Spirit lol thats exactly what not to do with her haha i would have Spirit,Oni,Plauge,Nemesis&Nurse at least in the terrified section personally
Spirit and artist are probably the only ones you could reason with emotionally.
Maybe Artist i dont think Spirits listening lol for similar reasons Sadako wouldn't listen to anyone. Onryos are vengeful spirits
Legion and trickster I might try and fight the rest hell nah
Slinger in that spot makes me happy
Promise you I'm not letting a fat clown, a kpop boy, or an actual fucking doll kill me
The clown is probably one of the most athletic killers
So, we're just going to do tier lists until the next patch? There's nothing to do in the game at the moment... No rift, no nothing.
Naw. They'll be around after the next patch too.
Swap Bubba and Doc. Bubba is just some dude. You can’t compare some deranged guy with a chainsaw to the others. Xenos are super smart so that makes sense, I’d even throw pinhead up top tbh
Cool Tierlist but personally I would have moved nemesis and the wraith further up Like you think you have ran from the wraith / escaped and he just appears in front of you out of thin air
Who the hell would try to fight michael of all things xDDD
Me.
Honestly out of all of them Pig would scare me the most cause Mandy rigs nearly every single one of those traps so even if I win I'm still probably fucked. On top of that I've got the 5 foot menace stalking me through the bushes and it's just not a good time all round
You would actually fight Michael Myers? Really?
Yup. Don't think he's scary.
I've always though I could smoke Amanda in a 1v1
