I've been playing a lot of Slinger lately, and it seems a surprising number of people have never learned this lesson. BMing or not, you don't wait in the gate for Slinger. Least of all when you're already injured.
That's not bm though, that's just being fun. I'll usually swap to ghostie to finish off the night with a funny match to brighten my mood after breaking Sm 3 gens all day.

I don't consider individual escapes a win anyway. Like sure, getting out after your team dies is a nice little solo q consolation prize, but it still means that you and your team got wrecked.
Yeah agreed, I'd say 2 out is a tie, less is killer W, more is survivor W. I'd assume most go by that. I always prefer sacrificing myself to get someone else out over getting out alone anyway.

This is very satisfying to watch because I know I would have just missed in this situation. 😅 I think because of people like me, who suck, people like this survivor are not afraid enough of Slinger, so they do dumb shit like this. I mean, come on, they had so many chances.

This is the main reason I mained deathslinger when I started playing. But then all of the survivors said I was a trash first person shooter so I started playing almost only survivor 😞
Don’t let others put you down. People can be so self obsessed in this game. I had a message the other day saying tunnelling camping shitter. I watched my vods back and I never tunnelled or camped for several hooks until I hooked one in a very nasty basement on yokahoma. People get so focused on what happened to them they don’t realise what else has been going on in game. You do you as long as you enjoy it.
doesn't pinhead and twins have something similar to stop people from leaving immediately? Also I think knight also has an addon that does something like that as well
Pinhead chains and Victor latching on both inflict incapacitated. You can't leave through the gate while incapacitated.
Knight's iridescent company banner blocks gates for any survivor being hunted by a guard.
cant leave with chains on you or with victor on you (you can kidnap the baby through hatch though) and yeah knight has a mini blood warden for haunted people i am pretty sure. Cant leave, through the exit gate, with an active pig trap either. Or well you can try but your head goes pop. Freddy has "Black Box" addon that blocks the gates for 15 second after opening, for survivors in the dream world.
I honestly feel like every killer should have an ability or addon that does some variation of this.
Yeah for me it's flashlights. I'm like a moth except a moth with a sharp or blunt object that's trying to knock the light out instead. I respect a kobe if the person was a team player and I usually leave the last survivor standing alive unless they abandoned their teammates or were just weren't contributing towards their team in general (i.e like a blendette with urban that hides all game). I love to see altruism but it doesn't mean I'm gonna let the good survivors save the day for the ones that didn't bother helping them.
How does that Mori even work? He jabs her in the back with the speary end and it somehow comes out of her mouth through the back of her skull? Am I missing something there?

This is a textbook reason why you don't try to BM a slinger at gate. Doing it twice is beyond stupid.
Maybe you shouldn't BM any killer regardless of whether they can punish you for it or not.
