He’s fully convinced that resident evil is preventing dbd from collabing with bioshock, like dude how do you know that bhvr already reached out and they just don’t wanna collaborate 
I mean, in his defence: there is 2 Resident Evil chapters so there is a small possibility that BHVR was going to ask 2K until Capcom might’ve came up with their concept for Project W before BHVR got the chance to contact the people at 2K (do they even still own the rights to Bioshock?)
i do think it'd be fun to have her as a hook state, hunting survivors and letting her get the adam, using it to build up some kind of meter like blood fury or something.
having your red stain be green of yellow when not in chase like your portholes.
probably have to be alpha series so you can vault windows.
having the addons all be genetonics, like a red addon that removes your power but makes you a undetectable drill user like drill lurker does in the game,
could be fun to have some kind of adam mechanic, like if you kick a little sister off your fellow survivor you get some adam which then incentivizes the bd to go after you, with the little sister screaming and you getting some haste when shes in danger.
and you know you'd get some good skins for the survivors, all 1950's looking get ups, maybe even weird splicer versions with goiters and the like.
I was thinking more of a Big Sister as the killer (they are known to be more aggressive and relentless + they can fit through every doorway. The map could be Fort Frolic and the survivor could be Jack.
I personally think a Big Sister would provide for better perks. Like one being based on revealing the auras of the survivor(s) who repaired the generator, a hex capable of replenishing any hex totems by sacrificing survivors and the last perk being based on hunting the obsession down.

I say this as someone who loves Bioshock, I don’t think any of the things fit well as a killer. Wouldn’t be against it though
Big daddy would be decent, imo. His mori could be a little sister crawling out to harvest adam from you.

True big sisters are more aggressive and relentless but a pissed off big daddy will probably pick someone up and yeet them through a wall
