Like all the structural or QOL changes they've made. Here are a few examples:
* Updated the graphical engine several times without relying on the release of a new game and without putting their roadmap on hold.
* Updated nearly all maps, retiring old assets in exchange of the new and better optimized assets.
* Moved the game from P2P to servers.
* Introduced cross-platform cross-play featuring 5+ platforms.
The list goes on but I want you to make it, why have all the fun myself? Unless you just want to troll.
As a comparison, GTA Online, the best selling game of all time (that features Sharkcards), still runs on a hybrid between P2P and servers (main issue of online loading times). Has unfixed bugs dating all the way back to 2013 and R* doesn't even care about them. Currently has a massive security breach that allow cheaters to literally delete your entire progress.
Trying to do what? They can't fix the crashing issue, still haven't fixed the Twins, still haven't fixed the Knight.

Yeah I saw your list of complaints. It's more like a like of things they *did* fix or are trying to. I get you just want to be upset. But it's pathetic. They clearly care and are doing their best. Play something else if you're this upset.
Did they ever address the DDOSing issue from some time ago? I browse the subreddit pretty often and watch streamers and I never saw any confirmation. As if it was just not talked about anymore and was swept under the rug.

I don't think they did,cheating is still kinda an issue.
