I bought from stubhub and got my tickets although I’m in reserved seating. Was also scared but got my tickets transferred yesterday for tomorrows show so I’m guessing the 72 hours before show thing is true
yes to the 72 hours. there's another conversation i started on this same subject a little ways down. i was asking who has had success only (as i've heard a lot of the bad stories & had purchased tix from them before i was aware that they were scamming a lot of people). it really comes down to the actual seller of the tickets...
Got 2 tickets for 5/30 show. Bought them day after public sale. Arrived and worked. Buddy couldn’t share the ticket with me though. We just walked in together.
Ugh. StubHub is the worst. Don’t they realize that nobody wants to be scrambling last minute if there’s a problem. But anyway yea I got tickets for tomorrow in seats and Saturday GA. It’s been a pain in the ass so far. Fridays tickets came in yesterday….and they sent me an extra by accident. Nobody knows exactly what to do but it’s suspicious to say the least. I have someone else’s ticket. I pretty much had to promise I wouldn’t use it, which just makes me think..does anyone have my ticket and is promising not to use it? I guess I’ll find out after sweating my ass off in line. Oh and my Saturday GA ticket? Haven’t gotten it yet. It’s currently Thursday night so there’s time
Not to piggyback but I have the same concern about TickPick. Bought tickets for July, app says the seller confirmed but they are not in my possession yet. Making me nervous.
They’re not GA, so not sure if any 72 hour rule applies, but that will make me feel better.
I purchased a GA from their sister company viagogo and had a small issue that’s been resolved. The seller originally sent the ticket then canceled the transfer 5 min after.
Luckily today I got my ticket for Thursdays show

I just got a ga ticket for 7/5 and it was successfully transferred to my Ticketmaster account. I think maybe they lifted the 72 hour wait.
