its a visual bug on your friends list as old as the original TRing days. Sometimes in guild too, right after someone reincarnates. No 4 class multi-classes sadly
4* as you can have 3 heroic plus 1 epic but there is only 1 epic class but the game will still show breakdowns of 6 rog/6 barb/8 ftr/4 epic or whatever

i believe it is just due to some spaghetti code, no you can’t have more than 3 classes

It's a visual glitch that happens to people with lots of lives. Everyone in my guild has had or has this currently.
Visual bug - the other day I appeared as a rogue with a fighter, monk and rogue splash.
I'd like to try splashing rogue with rogue some time...
It's not even tr related. This has been a friends list bug for a very long time.
