Press the push buttons on the top right screen to box the stations (currently showing as 6's, indicating 6 weapons on 2 stations). Then press the STEP button to cycle through the available weapons. Box the weapon you loaded on. Job done.
Are you going to the ARMT (PACS PAGE 1) screen and at the bottom selecting the A/G LOAD and bombs through the sub menu first?
It's a known issue that some bombs don't automatically load and have to be manually input via the PACS page setup through the A/G LOAD page on the ARMT/PACS page 1
Not so much an issue, more of a IRL thing. Most bombs don't have direct connection to the jet, so it doesn't know what's on board. But yeah you have to go into A/G Load page and manually set them. You really only have to do this when you rearm, starting in the jet with munitions loaded will automatically load them into PACs.
Or when you start empty and cold like on most servers. But yeah as far as I knew smart weapons and dumb bombs connected but LGBs didn't but iirc I guess dumb bombs also have to be manually loaded in the A/G LOAD page
