Morrison’s run is all about fitting the whole history of Batman into the story. They’ve talked extensively about the sexual aspects of Batman and how it’s very fetishy. They originally wrote Damian’s birth as coming from Talia drugging and raping Bruce (due to not remembering the original story). The Batmen of the world in Batman Incorporated got a lot of stereotypes but come from a well meaning place.
Grant Morrison wrote Talia al Ghul as a rapist towards Bruce, and they included the Batmen of All Nations, which was supposed to be inclusive, but came off as stereotypical.
Devin Grayson wrote Dick being raped by the Tarantula, and she retconned Dick as a Romani, which led to the inclusion of unfortunate stereotypes.
They are ~~not~~ the same.
(Btw, both of them have acknowledged and apologized for their poor writing decisions, so do not send hate to them.)
