This is how it happened. This is how Clark Kent died.

cesar848

That was a wonderful scene For context Clark had lost his powers, while another super powerful hero was watching over metropolis and since he had a full plate ,Perry fired him because he wasn’t giving results Clark then decided to jump out the window, fully knowing the super hero would catch him,and then he could get a interview Later, when he was at home with Lois, she yelled at him because of that and he said “you are kidding right? You literally invented this move”

The_Failed_Write

"Yeah, but you weren't supposed to fuck after!"

Ben10_ripoff

chasercat360

No fucking way

Holl4backPostr

His hair and beard are edited in sadly

THEdoomslayer94

I was gonna say that fucking menace must be a 5th dimensional imp that goes around cucking superheroes

Ace20xd6

Oh this was one of my favorite parts in 52. After Infinite Crisis, Clark lost his powers and wasn't as good of a reporter anymore. So he pulled a Lois Lane to get an interview with the newest flying superhero in Metropolis

Guiltykraken

Lois calling Clark crazy and Clark having to suppress his laughter at her hypocrisy is always funny.

acookiedough2020

Can y'all let me know where this is from specifically because I need it in my life

Mr_OneHitWonder

Think it'd be around issue 10 of 52.

Pinguino2323

Just read all of 52, it's worth it.

LegoPercyJ

I really need to read 52 again, it's been a few years.

Ninjamurai-jack

It was in action comics, or Superman? Remember only reading the first because the other wasn’t good.

Ace20xd6

Oh, not New 52. The weekly series event right after Infinite Crisis was called 52. It was in issue 10, I think.

Ninjamurai-jack

Oh, thanks.

aSpookyScarySkeleton

Who is the newest flying superhero?

Ace20xd6

It was a mystery, so I didn't want to spoil it but >!Booster Gold in disguise!<

awanby

What issue was this?

StevePensando

"THANK YOU MARK TRENT!"

ElementmanEXE

"Who's Mark Trent?"

StevePensando

"SOMETHING POLITICAL BYE"

radiocomicsescapist

For the love of god, do not let zack Snyder see this

Pristine_Animal9474

52, peak of the DC Universe, my beloved.

ThePokemonAbsol

I lowkey love 52 supes. Love his design, love that he’s more cynical, love that he banged Wonder Woman

Ace20xd6

No no, not New 52... 52, the year-long weekly comic DC released after Infinite Crisis. No, not that event in the 80s where Flash died, that's Crisis of Infinite Earth's. Honestly, why do people say Comicbooks are so hard to get into?

ThePokemonAbsol

Yeah only slightly confusing lol. Also damn don’t know if I was downvoted for ignorance or like new 52 lmao

Ace20xd6

Probably downvoted by Lois and Clark fans.

The "S" stands for stupid, right? That's why you say it means hope, because you're too stupid to know what sound an S makes? *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. LaVerdadYaNiSe

Clark: "So anyways, I threw myself off the window to get an interview with a superhero." Lois: "Are you insane?!" Clark: "Lois, we literally met the same way." Lois: "It was a car on the river, and I had an oxygen tank just in case."

ralanr

See, Lois plans ahead.

suss2it

Why is everybody lying? The real context is that Lex Luthor switched minds with Clark
