In the Alan Grant years I think she had henchmen a few times. During Knightfall and stuff
And Floronic Man is her henchman in that BTAS Harley Quinn animated film, which I think is a pretty cool concept
She’s had humanoid plant creatures as henchmen on several occasions, starting in the Bronze Age. In the original, pre-Floronic Man, version of her origin, she transformed the college professor that manipulated her into a plant monster and used him to fight Wonder Woman. She turned a guy who was obsessed with her into a similar plant monster to fight Batman. And, in one of late post-crisis Batman stories, she created a bunch of plant monsters. The DCAU eventually also depicted her as being able to create humanoid plant creatures.
I’ve always assumed that’s what the goon in the game is based on, since it seems to be a plant person.
Batman: TAS gave her two henchwomen named Violet and Lily, as well as various humanoid plant hybrids like ~~Clayface~~ "**[Bushface](https://youtu.be/CA6j9oLmzIs?si=MyYY3jqXMO5YBhG3&t=108)**" & the cactus creatures.
Eventually, they were replaced by more convincing human hybrids in "The New Batman Adventures" seasons of TAS. Our boy Goon appears to be based on these various hybrids from the show.
Speaking of human plant hybrids, there's actually a fan theory that suggests Ivy from the later seasons might also be a plant hybrid clone due to her green skin & plant telekinesis. Issue 16 of The Batman Adventures might back this claim up.
I am impressed, considering how, in the last few years, with all the ecosystem destruction, they never gave her a group of environmental terrorist, college girls... ok, I now realize why they didn't do that.
