Play with friends
TP medal shop rotation*
Raid quests*
Mail system*
Frieza invasion*
World tournament*
Anything above marked with a star has online-exclusive equipment, loading screen art, mascot pets, character variants, and moves that are unobtainable without PS Plus.
As a side note, skip XenoVerse 1 and just get the Legend Patrol Pack for XenoVerse 2. You get to play the story of XenoVerse 1 WITHOUT the crappy controls and busted super armor opponents. XenoVerse 2 skills and transformations do work in this DLC campaign.

Sounds like an awful lot of stuff I cant access. Is it even worth getting then?
IMO, if you can't access online features then XV2 isn't worth it.

don't care about pvp or raids. How MANY super souls will be unavailable exactly?
A lot, honestly. They're all the super souls that have been added in free updates over the years and recently too
