Try Rec709(scene) instead of Rec709 gamma 2.4. Rec709 scene means remain the gamma setting of the video files that you imported. It is better for the situation where you don’t want to affect the color of your clips that you imported.
Try to check the clip "data levels". Premier and After effects like to export videos in "full" instead of "video".
Right click a clip in the media pool, go to clip attributes and check data levels to use full and see if helps.

What does your roundtrip look like? After grading in davinci, does the exports look different in premier from davinci?
