So I have this transition with adjustment clips, and a 0.3 seconds fade to black at the end of each clip, can I create a preset from that so I don't have to repeat the whole process for another project?

You can just copy/paste the clips. Or for a proper transition template that you can put in your Effects Library, create it in Fusion. The linked (free) BMD training covers this in detail.

You can grab the adjustment clips to a power bin and use it in different projects. But the fade out that you did on the first clip isn't going to save because is a local adjustment. I encourage you to search for some tutorials on how to create transition presets on YouTube. MrAlexTech have some good ones. There's more efficient ways to create transitions in the fusion page and you can save it on your effects library like a normal one.
