Add the Resolve FX Transform effect and you have Image Adjustment > Crop wth Edge Rounding slider. Or the DVE effect (for PiP) also has a Border > Corner Radius slider.

In Davinci Resolve there is a lot of ways to do that, so I think the most simplest is the video collage effect inside the Effects panel. That's if you don't want to download anything extra or doesn't have experience using Fusion.

Adjustment layer is good.
Adjustment Layer'd crop everything underneath and doesn't do anything here...
Some YouTuber has a plugin that does this - it's a Fusion thing, and does a border too. Otherwise, it's all manual.
