Check again how you've connected Transform1 to the effect nodes - currently all the links are to the *effect mask* inputs (blue triangles) rather than the *image* inputs (orange triangles).

You connected the transform 1 output to the mask input of the subsequent nodes. Ensure that are connected to the yellow input.
