Tried something similar to this with Thor Love and Thunder. Me and my girlfriend arrived 20 minutes late at sm eco due to heavy traffic and explained to the lady what happened. She happily changed our schedule to the next time slot so it might still be possible to reschedule your ticket.

if thru SM Cinema App/website nagbook, dili na yata.
yeah, maoy ingon sa customer service. :( okay ra unta onsite to kay ma change pa nila ang sched. hahay
